My Swing (Sbalding)

I have been playing golf for several years and have always hit the ball high (particularly with my irons) and I sacrifice a good amount of distance as a result.   I always suspected it was due to my action through the ball, but it wasn't until I recently captured a slo-mo video of my swing that I see that on my backswing there is quite a bit of leg movement and I am coming up on the ball through my follow-through.   I am also not getting the amount of hip rotation and power through the ball, rather my hips appear square with the ball through impact instead of leading forward.

I'm wondering if any experts out there can comment on how best to correct my swing.   I think I most need to find drills to maintain leg position through the backswing and drive with the hips through the ball.   

Any help on this is appreciated!
