  1. I want a Nickent smiley too
  2. I'm usually around 30-34, with an occasional 28 or 29 thrown in.
  3. You might want to check Quicksilver out. http://www.quicksilvergolf.com/
  4. It's a shame Justin Rose hasn't played more recently because he looked very good this year when his back allowed him to play. Furyk is my pick though.
  5. I've been intrigued by the CG12's too. I haven't hit any, but I'm interested in hearing some opinions as well. I'll probably end up buying some new wedges either at the end of this season or the beginning of next.
  6. My 51 degree is money. I can hit beautiful flop shots with it 9 times out of 10. I rarely take full swings with it, but I do a number of three quarter swings from 50-70 yds out that stick on the green.
  7. I've never been a big fan of Callaway balls (admitingly I've yet to try the HX series), but I do like the NXT-Tour's. In fact, they're my favorite cheap ball on the market.
  8. 95 (51-44). Drizzled for the entire round, and my putting was bad on the front (the wet greens always made me leave the putts about a foot or two short). My driving was inconsistent, mainly made up of a run of duck hooks, followed by 4 straight bombs down the middle. I should have probably broke 90 today, but sometimes things don't work out.
  9. I haven't played the HX Tour's, I've played some of the other Callaway balls a couple years back and didn't like them all that much. Maybe, I'll pick up a sleeve in a couple weeks and see how they are. I've personally fallen in love with Srixon Z-URS's, but I have no problem giving other balls a try.
  10. 87 (43-44). I played the back 9 first and I seem to play better on that 9 (even though it's the harder of the two). My Driving Accuracy was the worst I've had all year, but I made up for it with my irons, and surprisingly my chipping. I only hit 4 GIR, but had 5 Up and Downs for par. 32 putts, 14 on the front and 18 on the back (a couple of three putts hurt this stat and my score). This was my best round of the year and I still found flaws that really annoyed me. Hopefully, I can continue to improve.
  11. I just started watching it this year, it's pretty good. Cameron better be back next season, or I'm going to be rather pissed.
  12. Chipping, pitching, and Iron accuracy. I'll usually have good distances on my irons, but i'll push them or pull them giving me a pitch or a chip into the green. That's where my score rapidly increases; I'm better out of the bunker than I am on the fringe.
  13. Luke Donald, but I've been rooting for Henrik Stenson lately too.
  14. Titleist 905R and I love it. Before I upgraded I had a Titleist 975J, I was still hitting it very well when I got the 905R, but I figured it's time to get some new technology.
  15. 103 (56-47). The front 9 was terrible and most of it stemmed from multiple poor chips and pitches per hole. Driver was working well, and my irons started to get better by the end of the round. I need to spend time re-learning how to chip, because besides a couple of rounds this year, it's been abysmal. I ended the round with a 1-putt par.
  16. Nah, the latest version of IE blows firefox away. The calculator is about right, but I don't see how useful it is.
  17. 97 today. I hit 8/14 fairways and the missed fairways were close. My driver was by far my best club in the bag. The irons were absolutely awful today, and turned what should have been a good day into a frustrating one. I bogeyed 12 holes with a couple of ugly scores thrown in, and only one par.
  18. I just started keeping track of stats this year and I'm currently at an average of 33.2. I gain most of my strokes pitching/chipping.
  19. Interlock for me, but I'll overlap when chipping. I've always played with an interlock grip and it just feels natural to me.
  20. Shot a 90, with a 47 on the front and a 43 on the back. I struck the ball better than I scored, but holed out a bunker shot from about 15 yards for a birdie on a par 5.
  21. I'm not a Yankees fan by any stretch of the imagination, but their rotation can be solid once Roger is recalled. Phil Hughes is going to be a VERY good pitcher, and he's scheduled to come off the DL in a week or two. Pettitte, Mussina, Clemens, Hughes, and Wang will keep them in ball games.
  22. I've been using the Nike One Platinum (the '05 edition is about $10 less than the current ones) and Srixon Z-URS's lately. The Titleist NXT-Tour is also one of my favorites. So, anywhere between $26.95 to $39.95.
