Not a member. I just called the course I usually golf at my home club. Its just a public course.

So next time I go to my home club just tell them I wish do get a handicap index and they shall assign me a number and account? Also, does it cost?

My home club is a club listed as a course that issues USGA Handicap Indexes using the GHIN Handicap Program. What exactly does that mean. I would like to develop a handicap. I golf on a few courses that are on the list I looked at. How do I get signed up so I can start submitting a handicap. Thanks.

thanks for the tip about placing the ball further back but what do I need to do in simple high handicap terms to get it out. The cut and other terms are confusing me.

Cool if that was the reason. I googled and found that you can buy a custom set of chips with odyssey cards with the chips.

Actually, was heading to golf galaxy today and saw dicks and decided to stop. Tryed a White Hot #9 and really really liked it. Somebody recommended the rossi and I found this to be very similar. Lefty also won the masters with it so it has to be okay. Ill give it a whirl and let you guys know about it. It was 119 but I remembered i had a 20$ off 100$ purchase so I got it for 100. I think i got a good deal.

HAH, so my grandfather is not senile. Plus he has like a handicap of like 2 and hes 68. So I believe him.

I was looking through dicks weekly ad and came across two ball DFX putter for 99.99. Why is this so cheap? Is the dfx like last years model or something? I think im gonna stop by tomorrow and check that out and give it a whirl. I can always try it out for a few days and return it if I dont like it.

First topic posted. I golfed a lot as a little kid but just refound the game this summer and am pretty bad. Well, this will be my first equipment purchase and I have decided that my swing will change so I should just stick it out with my crappy irons and wedges. I do have a nice driver and 3 wood though that were formally my grandfathers, fusion driver and hawkeye 3 wood. Well, I decided that a putter is a great decision being how I can get better with my future putter for years to come. I currently have an oldschool anser 2 but I think I want a mallet of some form. My friend has an Odyssey two ball that I like a lot so I'm gonna go with a mallet I think. What do you guys recomend that is a great putter and a great value. I know its my oppinion so whatever you recommend ill try out at my golf galaxy. Thanks a lot.

I remember my grandfather who watches golf every thursday friday and sunday telling me that tiger had a big problem with the switch to graphite. I remember him saying he couldn't control the shots anymore. I may be wrong but I just remember that a few years back

I just got a demo ogio off a guy on ebay that seems to be his business. He is always selling an ogio demo. I have not yet recieved my ogio ozone from him but I got a heck of a deal on 06. Payed 72$ shipped but that was some last minute craftiness on my part.
