I was in Golf galaxy the other day testing out 3 woods. I was using the big golf simulators and was wondering how accurate these things really are. While in the simulator i tested these clubs Cobra Speed LD driver CVallaway x hot 3 wood Adams redline rpm 3 wood Cobra FP iron. The driver was going 200 yards on the simulator the 3 wood was going 200 yards and the 7 iron was going 180!!!! The driver and 3 wood seem right, becasue i get absolutely no distance in real life with my driver, and never had a 3 wood that I coul dhit so im not sure... but i know that my 7 iron only goes 145-150 - the is no way im pulling an extra 30 yards off of that club.... the guy told me that it was set only to 90% of the actual distance.... What do you guys think about these things??? I was also hitting the woods VERY straight which I rarely do in real life, so im wondering if these things are just giving me some false hope and confidence........

I have been looking for a 3 wood for a few weeks now. I bought a cleveland launcher and I cant hit it for nothing, i dont know why. I went to demo other woods and these were my favorite in this order - Callaway X Hot - Adams RPM Taylormade Burner Callaway Big Bertha Cobra ld My cleveland launcher is 13 degrees and is for sale if your looking for one. I just bought it a month ago... Good luck

I love my 60 degree wedge. I bought the adams - tom watsomn set and these are my favorite clubs in the bag. The 60 degree wedge is my go to club within 50-80 yards from the flag.

I was looking into buying a set of clubs off the shelf. They are used so I cant get them fitted from the factory. Should they be ok to have bent. Im looking into getting either the admas a2, Cobra FP, or the Ping g2/g5. I have been finding the pings or sale, bu they are not my "dot" I need an orange (2 degree flat). I have heard alot of people say you cant bend cast clubs, but then I hear other people say that is a load of bull. Should I be ok? I also have a set of mizuno mx-23 i would be willing to trade for one of the above - I cant seem to iht any good shots off of these mizunos. Thanks in advance!

Still fairly new to golf - dont really have a home course. I pretty much play wherever I can..... I live right by bethpage, so I do play there if I am in the mood to wait.....
