  1. I do have this though... The Baddest man on earth! I just checked, I have about 50gifs and they're all fight clips none funny.. SiD
  2. LOL..Serra's awesome! LOL..pretty good guy and funny too. The huerta v guida, that was 3rd round right before huerta won...I was pulling for Guida big time! And as much as I like Rich Franklin, he'll never beat A. Silva...sad, he just doesn't have the skillset to do it. SiD
  3. Your lucky! I would love to goto UFC79! Just to see Wandy!!!!!! Huge fan of the Axe Murderer... Did anyone see the WEC event last night on VS? I forgot about it, but started watching during the Filho fight.. 4 great fights to finish the night off! Awesome! No doubt, Uriah Faber remains the LB for LB top 3 .. guy has mad skills! He pulled a full guard while Curran had half guard! He had Jeff's arms, leg in full guard, almost like a side triangle with 2 limbs.. guys sick! Love his ability, but wish he'd settleh is ego down..could be his downfall like chuck's.. Jens, stepped up big time! Cub Swanson talked the smack about Jens, and gets tapped in like 45secs by my 2nd favorite submission "Anaconda Choke!" I love the anaconda! Anyways, take a gander some really exciting fights! SiD
  4. I love my Titty3wd, it's older than the 906 but I hit the bastard further than most guys drivers and my 905 for that matter. I tried th 906 at the range and just destroyed the ball! but I'm Nutted out and have no cash especially with the holidays around and 4 kids 2 needing laptops...wtf! SiD
  5. Damn missed it by that much..
  6. Thanks, 100% the best fight was the Chris Lytle V Thiago Alves fight! we were 7 rows fromt he cage and every punch, every kick, every movement made was felt and heard like I've never heard in a fight before! I've been to several MMA Events (this was my 1st UFC) and no other fights that night or any other night had the quality of strikes that that 1 fight had! Holy S**T every kick Thiago threw hit and just echoed throughout the arena! The cut was bad but he could have kept fighting, it didn't get worse after the 2nd round. Guaranteed that when this rematch takes place, it's higher on the PPV card! Awesome! As far as the refs go, the big bald guy I've seen him ref 2 other MMA events and he's a pretty good ref considering. I think Big john may have been at the Strikeforce show in San Jose (you can watch it on yahoo.com mma section. Watch the 1st fight Salmon v Santiago HOLY SHNIKIES! 30secs and done! Amazing! I was surprised that Big John wasn't there nor the other regulars ie: marioi Yamasaspellthatname, yves edwards . I do believe that NJ likes to have there refs ref NJ fights. but it could have been due to the other show. We missed the end to the Herman fight we were in mens room ;) too much beer! LOL but we saw where it almost ended with the arm bar by doerkson at the end of the 2nd, ran in ran out it was over! My bro's wife was like wow you missed a great one.. no worries I'll DL thePPV and watch it. LOL Overall it's awesome to be at the events! The fights were ok, not what we wanted but hell it's been 2+ years since the UFC was in NJ. Rashad v Bisping was dissapointing! Karo obviously didn't show up ready even though he won.. Again, Lytle was the best fight! And thanks about the work on my arm, I'm hoping to get the flames colored in in the next week or so. 1 step closer to finishing my 3/4. SiD
  7. Do I like MMA (not ultimate fighting god that annoys me!)...Do I like boxing?...hmm.. I started off as a wrestler @ the age of 8, started boxing in HS and the Navy, started learning BJJ while training with the seals... Long story short, hell yes! I love MMA! I live MMA! I Moderate/Smod @ several boards for MMA. I was training up till a few years ago ($$'s got too much 140 a month is alot!).. Anyways, I'm an MMA addict, since UFC 1 in 92. I still try to spar as much as I can, although I haven't been able to due to my back issues... Anyways, these pics are from UFC 78, the 1 is me and Pete Sell, and the other is the Rashad vs Bisping fight (boring!). the 3rd shows how close we were to the cage! 7 rows baby! Oh for the record, notice my hat..It's my Oddyssey putter hat! LOL I can go on and on and on about MMA! If you want me to get hyped up.. talk about mmA! SiD
  8. What I want and what I get are 2 different things! I want a Titleist Vokey spin milled 60 and 52.. maybe a new driver... What will I get..nothing. We're f*kn broke! We'll get the kids something and that's it... my son's will get some irons probably so that's al that golferclause will bring to my house. My gift to myself will be my bottle of Johnny Walker that I will consume till the wee hours, where I'll fall asleep as my wife puts the gifts out! LOL siD
  9. Ever have the Green? Gotta love it! And I like a little ginger with my scotch at times too, soda as well. But I do love a nice on the rocks too! SiD
  10. I was lucky enough to be stationed in Scotland in the Navy in 92 and we'd goto the different distilleries and taste the lovely liquid! :) Now @ "Pete's Pub" (the name of my basement bar) I have 3 bottles of scotch Johnny Walker Black Johnny Walker Green (pobably my favorite JW) Dewers almost gone. Now, I had a Macallam(sp?) 25 after a phenominal steak dinner a few years ago that I wish I could have more of. It was perfect! Although we drank about 4 or 5 bottles of wine previous to that glass of scotch. but man it was good! Smooth and tasty! Cigars...I'm a huge fan of Arturo Fuente :) SiD
  11. A-God was an A$$! Pure and simple, he may be a good guy to his friends but he came off as a reall A$$! For that reason I'm glad he's off! And you're right.. when he said "I hit that perfect... BUT" then NO you didn't hit i perfect! and no it wasn't a "GREAT" shot! Arrogant ass! The only thing he showed me was that with all his arrogance and big talk, when it came to the pressure of a 4 footer 'HE COULDN'T DO IT' Now, I like alot of these guys... Some of them just look like guys you could hang and have some beers with. SiD
  12. I'm loving my 3wd! Last time I played I used it mostly off the tee and was killing it! I swear to god this club is amazing. I'm hitting 250's off the tee and can hit it about the same off the deck. Best 3wd ever! My other 3wd is an alpha 3+ that if you hit it, it seems longer than a driver! Awesome! SiD
  13. I bought a Scotty Cameron used, and want to reshaft it... where other than Scotty himself do you think you could get it done? Golf Galaxy just said they won't do it... so I'm not sure whether to send it to scotty or save $25 and 3 weeks and get it done locally. SiD
  14. Simple answer's and there's more than 1: Mario! Why, because I love the Pens even when they had those nasty assed uni's back in the 70's. I can remember watching the news seeing this ugly assed team and wanting to go see... my pops as everyone would say. We watch the steelers! LOL Wayne, the greatest ever! Jeremy Roenick, he lived about 4 miles from me (when he played here for the Flyers)and I know people that hung with him, he's way cool. OH, almost forgot I just about golfed with Bernie Parant, he was int he 4some in front of me on several occasions! LOL SiD
  15. Hockey, Surffishing, surfing, MMA/brazilian jiu jitsu, metal head-i love being in the gym, unfortunately i blew my back out powerlifting..went from 210 to about 180lbs right now :(..anyways, got me to rededicate myself to my golf game.., SiD
  16. As far as putters go, I say it's all how it feels! If it feels good get it unless it's 800 putter, and trust me I'm getting my 4th putter of the season this weekend. It's feel, I had an odyssey that I liked but just didn't have it, then a never compromise mallet voodoo, now a TM mallet monza corsa rezza wtf ever it is.. now I'm waiting on a used Scotty for $100..probably should not have bought it, but it feels amazing! I feel 200% more confidant using my buddies scotty than any of my putters..and it feels awesome. What ever! I'll have a $300 putter and a used 905T $75 driver that I hit better than my buddies ft-i/5/and 3! 1500 worth the drivers to get outdriven by a guy 5" shorter and $1425 richer for not buying those drivers... and I'll out put him with my putter! SiD
  17. I haven't read any of his books, and am very interested in the DVD's, I just want to make sure they're worth the $65 or so that they're selling for. As far as the swing analyzer, I'm interested but scared to death to see my swing... I know it's terrible, and don't know how I score as well as I do not that I score that well. SiD
  18. Anyone have these or use these or view them? Curious how they are... Also, what other DVD maybe worth the burn..I mean rental? or purchase. SiD
  19. I broke out the 3iron at the range today and man I freaking just killed it! I may have to use it again, maybe..LOL... SiD
  20. My advice is goto your closest store with a monitor and just hit away! Personally , I didn't like the FT-i or the 5 or 3 for that matter, and liked the Titleist's better. The best advice I can think of is simple... go hit everything! New/used no matter...see what feels best for you! Look at things on the monitor and see the differences for each club, like onthe drivers... launch angle, ball speed, club head speed sid spin etc. find which one suits you. You may find that the FT-i gives you too much backspin (as I found out with my Taylor Made Superquad) so I had to go with an older driver that limited it 905T Titleist. Good luck! SiD
  21. Well, I play Roller Hockey and have a pair of Mission's that I love, they were $500 and you heat them up and lace em up so that they fit your foot. For a regular in-line, my wife has K-2's and I had a pair as well that were really nice. Great skates...so IMO, I'd go K-2. Better than any rollerblade that's for sure. SiD
  22. Well, I started out this year with an Odyssey White hot XG #3, and just lost confidence in it so I picked up a Never Compromise Voodoo, now I have a Taylor Made Rossa Monza, and I just bought a used Scotty Cameron Style Studio 2. It just feels better than all the other ones, so hopefully that's it. SiD
  23. I can't lie... there is no better club to get a ball out of the water with than my 3 iron! I mean the balls in there and it's the perfect length! Seriously, I have a love hate relationship with the club and if/when I hit it the balls just takes off amazingly well. I'm just not consistent enough to play it alot, so I'll keep using it to punch out of the woods and get balls out of the water. SiD
  24. Well just bought a Scotty Cameron Styel Newport 2 used from Golfwrx, and I'm anxiously await it... Shouldn't have bought it though, thing got real tight $$ wise in a hurry @ my house :( SiD
  25. After I drink about 3 glasses of Johnny Walker after a horrible putting round I reflect back and say OH F*K what a terrible round with the putter... Then, I step away take a few days of practice off goto the course near my office and putt normal and then try something new! ie: If I putt and miss and have anywhere from 5' in, I walk up lean over and putt it and it goes in!!! Totally untradional way of finishing, but I'm like 98.8% when it comes to just cleaning up... anyways, I goto the green and do it see why I do it and then settle over the ball and putt short, mid, long and just try things till I feel comfortable. That's me though...and I do like scotch.. or As Ron Burgundy would say: "I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly... "
