  1. does anyone like the oringal DD?
  2. you already have a 57. you dont' need another lob wedge imo.
  3. I average about 36 putts. I've just got the machine for less than a week and played a round 2 days ago. Putted a 40 (doh!) because I'm at this awkward stage between my own stroke and the perfect stroke. (Some putts are due to the slower green speed and me leaving them short)
  4. only 3 hybrid so far. I was thinking about a 4 hybrid but I should learn how to hit a 4 iron.
  5. #3 is 20 deg. i have one in my bag
  6. i don't own a driver but looking to get one.
  7. You might be able get your nicklaus fitted (not sure about bending cast irons)or get a new set. You might need longer shafts. Shooting right could be your clubs or your swing. Fitting without buying a new set will probably cost the same as a one hour private lesson. If you buy a new set, it's usually included.
  8. i love mine. my contact has certainly improved with the feedback it has.
  9. when you open up the face, ball will go right. so you have to aim left of your target to compensate that.
  10. i paid close attention to my club face. I did see my club face open less and close less then my normal stroke but I still feel the grip twisting more than I'm used to. So then I tried to adjust my swing to match the guided one. I realized I was rotating with my whole upper body instead of just rocking my shoulders up and down with my forearm passing in front of my body. I think that got rid of the twisting feel. Now my ball goes dead strange into the center of the cup. After two days of struggling, I started to see that it's so much better than getting a new driver. I'll see if I can get a dvd from Dean.
  11. they will put impact tape at the sole of your club probably a 6i and let you hit off a plastic board see where the marks are, comparing to the center of the club face. the farther off from the center the more degrees is needed to be adjusted. with marks close to toe, you need to bend clubs upright, vice versa.
  12. I got the older version. doesn't come with any dvd. only an instruction manual with some practice tips.
  13. so could i with my yes putter.
  14. make a slightly bigger swing? you have to tell us that your are coming up short because not enough roll in your shot or something.
  15. It's from Japanese Golf Digest. I think the reason is that 13* 3w isn't very easy to launch. If you don't swing fast enough, your carry will actually be shorter than a 15* 3w. So if you can launch and carry the longest with a 7.5 or 8.5 degree driver, you wouldn't have any problem with 13* 3w. For average men with a 9.5 or 10.5 driver, 15 is probably more ideal This is my guess. Another possible reason could be that you are launching with your driver @13 to 14 degree. With a 13* 3w, you are also launching the ball 13*. Then you have two clubs that go the same distance or at least very close. If you use a 10.5 driver and have no problem with a 13* 3 wood, then go for it! Try it before you buy.
  16. try golfwrx.com sale forum
  17. pick a 3 wood that's 5 to 6 degree higher than your driver
  18. i felt the putter grip twists close on my back stroke and twists open on the down stroke. is that supposed to be right? or do i need a different setup? so confused...
  19. Just got mine today. Edit: took me a while to find a comfortable stroke setup. red spacer with red rails
  20. until you outdriver them 20yards with it lol where can i get one of those?
  21. did you see where you are hitting the ball on the club face? are they close to the top of the edge? if they are, that might explain the angle and rpm. i have the similar problem with my swing. a little bit over the top. that's why i'm launching every driver 18, 19 degree with tons of rpm.
  22. 46, 50, 54, 58 might take out 50 i realize its distance is very close to 46 (shaft length issue i haven't resolved)
  23. try craigslist as well so yesgolf.ca sells one for $11?
  24. I'm getting mine soon. Found a slightly used older version that come with laser and ball tube for $200
