hey everyone, up until this year I used a Cleveland 400cc Launcher, and 8/10 my drives would just slice to the right terribly, so I just aimed far left to compensate for it. Then I bought a used Nike VR STR8-FIT and it was set a little closed and it straightened right out for about 10 rounds or so, then about 3 rounds ago, ALL my drives are hooking left terribly, just out of no where? I dont feel like my swing has changed, I've tried moving my front foot forward a bit (advice I was given), standing farther back from ball, more on top, focusing on arms, firmer grip etc. and nothing seems to help. So hopefully the great minds here can come up with another solution maybe? thanks!

It was really fun, it was the first of three different pro ams where the pro is just a local pro. Well i get there and turns out he is the pro of the group! But there were no galleries or anything so very laid back! Awesome experience!

I recently switch to the Nike Vapor Speeds and couldnt be happier, I was using the Mojos and wow what a difference, and $25/Dozen aint too bad

to OP, I just started using the Nike Zero Friction tees and love em, they have 3 pre marked lines for tee height, which yes I realize I can do that on any tee with a sharpie, but your allowed to be lazy every once in awhile

You said "new" but im not sure if that means brand new or just new to you, if you dont mind pre-owned I would check out golfsmith, i got a Nike VR STR-8 FIT driver from there for $65 and it was literally almost brand new!

Ive always been a Nike guy since I was growing up, so in all my other athletic stuff it was always nike nike nike, then when i got into golf i had the typical starter set (golf kids america? somethin like that) and when I got my first real set of irons it was straight to nike, didnt try anything else. My Drivers and woods were cleveland tho, was always very happy with my clevelands, well lately I've been shopping for new irons (upgraded the driver to the Nike VR STR8-FIT Driver, and SQ2 fairway wood) and have really taken a liking to the taylormade R11s, and really want to try some Pings after hearing and reading a TON of good things on here. Soo..I guess my first choice is ALWAYS Nike, but I'm willing to try out anything

oh wow ok thanks again! also i havent watched a golf tourney in a few months and cant seem to remember the flag etiquette, i know at the course when i play people just kinda set it off to the side even on the green sometimes. is it right to pick it up once everyone is on the green and set it on the ground off the green, or stand there and hold it off the green?

Hey everyone, I have a chance to caddy at the pro-am next weekend at the byron nelson for a teacher of mine. While he keeps reassuring me to relax and not worry i cant help but picture myself breaking a rule and punishing him. Ibe played golf with my dad since i was 12, and know most etiquette and rules (dont step in a players line, dont mark another players ball etc) but just wondering if yall could help me out on common caddy rules and what not. Thanks guys!

Never couldpunch...now that i get food solid contact, i find the smallest of tree limbs or stakes and hit those :-\

My drives are almost always perfect..and then comes the approach...iron play is terrible, putting is great one day and teRrible the next but im also using more of a novelty putter (saving up for nike meod concept tho!:) ) but chipping is really improving also
