  1. i get tournament tickets every year, but i also try for practice rounds and never get them
  2. if you want to get in the low single digits the 3 things you need to focus on the most is the mental side of the game, not only getting to down when you double but not getting to excited if you birdie or eagle, second would be work on everything inside 100 yards from wedges to putting and last would be course management... realize when bogey isnt a bad score and what pins to fire at and which ones to play to the middle of the green, good luck
  3. Longest Drive (flat hole) - 360ish Longest Eagle Streak - 1 hole Longest Birdie Streak - 5 holes Most Birdies in a Round - 7 Lowest Number of Putts - 24 Lowest Score - 67 Longest Hole-Out - 120 Number of ACES - 0 Number of Double-Eagles - 0 Number of Balls Lost in One Round - not sure
  4. i think the 5 half hour lessons for $100 is a great deal, the only downside is if you dont like his teching methods after the first lesson you are screwed, you need to find somebody you are comfortable with
  5. you should try like the west or south course at myrtle beach national or one of the courses at wild wing wouldnt be that expensive, they both make their money off of a expensive course so the others arent to bad price wise you might could even get a 2 day deal at either place
  6. i agree with Zakko on switching to a Prov1, it will help you be more aggressive from 100 yards and in than an NXT tour
  7. Member at 9 hole course, shot 29 with a bogey Best at any other course is a 67
  8. Nike SQ Sumo 9.5* with a Purple Ice 85 grams x stiff
  9. Goals for 08 get my handicap on the plus side get my putts per round at 30 or better be better with distance control on irons
  10. i would recommend trying to play Linrick which is 5 minutes from oak hills, in my opinion its better than those 3 i have played on your list
  11. timberlake- a good play, usually in nice shape, course has some hard holes and some easy so good mixture windermere- never played but i heard it was a little tough but good condition from some pictures oak hills- i have played maybe 4 times in the past year and everytime the greens are horrible, other than the greens i would play more woodlands- havent played in a couple years but i do remember i liked the course usually in good shape
  12. myrtlewood palmetto is a good, but tough course... have played waterway hills too the main thing i remember was the trip over the water which was a pretty cool setup from what i remember of the course it was pretty nice
  13. favorite- flop shots least favorite- fried eggs
  14. i believe i could live without my driver, in the last tourney of the fall the first day i hit driver around 10 or 11 times the second day i hit driver 2 times, i shot 5 shots better without the driver, but the 2 holes i hit driver i birdied (both long par 5's) and in to 18 i flew my 3 wood on the green from 265 so taking the driver out would probably help
  15. i think i could live without my driver, my last tourney in the fall the 2nd day i only hit driver twice the second day and 10 or 11 times the first day, i shot 5 shots better with less driver so i think next tourney i will play more 3 woods off the tee
