Pretty simple 1:2 ratio. (6 putters/12 years) Hopefully that will go up to 1:5 soon with a good putter. I've got the Baby Ben which I like now, but we'll see how it holds up on greens instead of my carpet...
Bought a 906F2 last year with the V2. Came from a steel iron 3-wood and I must say the V2 is light, but allows you to feel the club throughout the swing just like the iron shaft I had before. Absolutely love it.
Two go-to distances for me are 3/4 sandwedge from 100 and five iron from 200 yards.
The five iron sound ridiculous and when I see the results from my 5 irons shots I don't know how I do it but somehow it works almost all the time.
I should be getting my iGolf Caddie 2 in tomorrow. Very pumped, especially for the price (160).
Question regarding it: With a subscription I had heard that they will map one course for you, is this true? If so, has anybody done it, because I was wondering how long it takes for them to map it.
Tried both out, but didn't end up getting either.
FT-5 is long... very long, and good forgiveness.
Didn't like the HiBore very much... seemed to launch way to high. The sound of the HiBore didn't bother me, nor did the look, but the ball flight, no matter what shaft/loft combo I tried always seemed to be to high for my liking.
I recently did the same thing and replaced my 3 iron with a Nickent 3dx DC Ironwood. Very pleased with it. Great feel, workable yet forgiving, and a very reasonably priced on Ebay and other discount sites because the new 4dx from Nickent came out recently.
I have to go with Titleist, even though I play Cobra Irons right now. My Driver and Fairway wood (905R and 906F2 Respectively) are excellent and I love the classic look compared to some of the new looks other companies are using.
I've hit plenty of their irons that are played by playing partners of mine and I'm just waiting until next summer to invest in my own set for the tremendous feel.
Wedges... Vokey, what more do I have to say.
Putters - Not a huge fan of Cameron, but that's probably because of the price tag, not performance for me, a poor college student.
