  1. Im considering dropping the driver and replacing it with a 11.5 TEE XCG6 , Cally 3Deep or RBZ 13 degree. I currently have the 17 degree RBZ and it is only 10-15 meters behind my driver but way more accurate. Recently ive been leaving the driver in the bag, even on par 5's and have been shooting the best scores of my life (even broken 80 a few times!!) Only problem is which one do I get, I love the look of the TEE but think I would have more confidence in the RBZ , then there is the 3 Deep which has a slightly deeper face... hmm decisions decisions...
  2. From my Christmas holidays, Narooma GC on the south east coast of Australia 2nd hole , take it on if you dare ! 3rd hole, short is bad long is bad left is bad too , I wonder how many balls are in the cave?
  3. I have always had a mixture of "premium" balls in my bag, could never decide on one... recently ive been using the Srixon Zstar XV tour yellow, they have to be by far the most durable tour level ball out there !! If i dont loose it i can easily get 18 - 36 holes out of it without a single mark... Peformance is comparable to ProV1x, Penta etc...
  4. I have a Pro Launch Platinum in a FT-IZ , fantastic combination for me, i get a mid/low flight with plenty of roll. See if you can try one out.
  5. I fixed my slice by taking lessons with a pro, worked a treat...
  6. They are a great driver, one of Callaways best i think , i have a 9deg with a prolaunch platinum, very forgiving , nice mid ballflight that just stays in the air. I wont even be looking at a new driver for a long time.
  7. I have played the TP5 for 2 rounds now, love everything about it other than the durability, less driver side spin than the original penta, slightly less wedge spin , feels softer, but one full wedge and its done! Yesterday , first hole, brand new ball, one drive one SW and the ball was shredded... not happy. Im going to give the new B330s a go i used to like the old ones.
  8. If you want new, rather than second hand then you cant go past rock bottom golf all of these are $119... cant go wrong. http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/callaway-golf-diablo-octane-tour-driver.html http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/cleveland-golf-launcher-dst-driver.html http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/callaway-golf-ftiz-imix-driver.html http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/nike-golf-vr-tour-driver.html http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/adams-golf-speedline-fast-10-driver.html The Adams is a sweet driver
  9. Had an 83 with an 8 on the 7th it was my first full 18 with my new i20's i cant believe the forgivness on these things its amazing. Shots off the toe still go straight with minimal distance loss. Golf is so much more fun playing from the fairway !!
  10. Last hole you have to play with your playing partners clubs (sucks if they are a lefty!!) good fun though
  11. Sorry about the picture quality , I had to use the blackberry Very happy with this setup, wont be changing anything for a while! except maybe the stock mizuno grips, they can get a little slick.
  12. 157 m par 3 raised tee slight headwind, nailed the 6 iron to les than a foot, two more rolls and it would have gone in :( i just had to take a picture of it !
  13. I tried this today, played 9 holes after work, played 2 balls one i putted normaly the other looking at the hole... Looking at the hole was much more consistent, not sure im ready to use it in a proper round yet but i will definently be using it during practice.
  14. Ditto to that... the less i think the better i hit it!
