Try to get out twice a week for 18-holes. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I would say I average 8 times a month. I also try to get out a couple times a month for putting practice (1/2 hour to 45 minutes).

Played the University of Michigan Golf Course for the first time today. A very nice Alister MacKenzie design. Had troubles with the putter. Had one very nice 35 footer from off the green. Finished with 103. Ok for me playing it for the 1st time.

Played ,Brookshire Inn & Golf Course, Williamston, MI and was stiff and sore when I started. Shot 55 on opening 9, Had a hotdog at the turn and was feeling much better. Shot 43 on the back 9. Well, I managed to break 100.

I have meet a varity of critters here in Michigan including, deer, red fox, squirrels, rabbits, skunks, turtles, frogs, eagles, hawks, wild turkeys, red winged black birds, cardinals, blue jays, etc. In Alaska I meet a Moose, in Florida an alligator, in Death Valley, CA (Furnace Creek G.C.) coyotes, in Thailand a snake (I didnot bother to ask what kind) and some wild elephants.

Played a very nice local Muni, Groesbeck in Lansing, MI. Had a bad day with my irons. Had 54 on the front and 52 on the back. Edged the hole when putting on at least 8 or 9 holes. Still had a great day.

Thanks for the suggestions. I leave tomorrow (Sunday) and working my way south with business and golf (I hope). The 10 day forcast on weather.com is thunderstorms almost every day. Thanks again.

Being past my mid-60 and only started playing at 57, I just don't flex. Hitting a small buckets gets things loosened up. It works like 3-in-1 oil on the joints.

The longest over water hit I can remember was 177 yards and I made it with a few yards to spare. -
I wore glasses for over 50 years till I had cataracks off. I could never follow the ball with glasses and still cannot. Now I somethimes get luck and see the ball bounce or roll on the ground. I do now wear sun glasses when it is bright out.

First of all I am not a Phil fan, but respect him for his values. Family being #1. This is way it should be. I hope the operation is 100% effect and Amy has a speedy recovery. My heart goes out to the girls who will miss their mother during her treatments. Therefore it becomes very important that daddy is there for them.

When I have been in Orlando area have played half a dozen courses. The nices I played was Mystic Dunes. Played it twice and really enjoyed it both times.

I try to avoid drinking unless it is a very hot day. Liquids go right thru me and sometimes facilities are few and far between. If I do drink it is water.

Yes, I talk to myself and so do most of my friends. When you start getting answers to your questions from yourself then it time for some proffesional help.

Good luck in your venture. Just make sure you have working capital for 6 to 12 months. This is the big failure of new small business. They expect sales from the start. Sales take time for people to know your there. Customers may visit once or twice before they buy. I hope you make it big.

I played lighted 9-hole courses in CA & SC. If you want to play at night try the Artic Open in Iceland. Tee off time is midnight in the land with no setting sun in summer time.

I like the Texas open for a number of reasons. I have played La Cantera the current course. I also played Brackenridge Park Golf Course in San Antonio where the Texas Open was played for the first few years when it was started. Brackenridge is a muni course. The plyers over the years is the who who of golf. Next year a new course. I guess I'll have to get down to Texas to play it.

I suspect that the way Tiger will straighten out his driver problem is by using it. He mind will then analysis the problem and find the solution.

Play 9 holes of an 18-hole course I have never played before. A very nice track. Shot 44 on a par 36. The best round I have shot to date.
