  1. Looks like to me you need to work on your release. PA3 is nowhere to be found. Left shoulder down and shoulders closed as much as possible prior to releasing everything at the ball. Dana dahlquist has a great video explaining p3. It's a lady golfer he's teaching in the video
  2. Ban them. Don't mean to sound crude but tour players need to learn how to swing with quieter feet. Flare out the left foot and keep it flat as flat as possible throughout the swing. I havent replaced my worn-out soft spikes in ages because my feet never slip. Don't get me wrong because they used to, but now I know better. some of the greats wouldve been fine with soft spikes if metal weren't standard back in the days.
  3. Yeah its amazing the crap I see on the golf chanels here in Korea. Whats more mindblowing is the level of success the Korean ladies have been having on the tour. However,I do try and watch a little bit so I know what I'm up against. Thanks guys for providing a source I can rely on.
  4. I work at a range with 3 other pros and one guy is very set in his ways and is a smooth talker. He makes alotta analogies one of them comparing posture to a weight lifter benching or squatting with an arched back.. As I am a new tchr there I am trying not to get into any arguments. However I just cant allow anyone to advocate an arched lower back so I told him that there is no rotation of the spine in his analogy but wasnt able to say much else as I am not a weight trainer.. Any thoughts on how to knock some sense into this guys head?
  5. Sorry to post here but i font know how to create my own post..my Q is...how can I have more flexion at p6?!
