There is a gelatin in some health food stores that works wonders...I know an ole man who plastered into his 80's. Its in powder form and you need to stir it well and drink it fast. That guy is now over 100 tin cup...still going

I don't powerlift but I have been lifting for going on 9 years. I work out this way...after whatever set I do I grab lighter weights and do more so really I am doing 6 sets. Its the way to get the pump which is what I am after. Sometimes I start heavy and go lighter. Or start lighter and go heavy to confuse myself and my muscles. :-D If it affects your golf game it its for the better imo. I don't like the bulky look but I do have some guns on me

I hit some occasionally, just maybe 2 baskets or 70 balls per basket every other Week. I have been playing a lot. Before I went out I hit some old chipper balls with my driver. Straight and 240 on the fly to the fence so at least 270 I shot 5 over a 4 over front that could have easily been even or better. Wrong club selections and a couple bad breaks. Had the back 9 at -1 till 17 a par 5 finished bogey..bogey on 18. I practice chipping n putting 3 to 5 times per week...right now driver is the only club that I am confident on the range / on the course I have good thoughts etc..its always wants to go left...some call it a Billy Casper draw. My bag lacks a good 3 wood its an old Taylor made tour spoon. The head on it looks like a thimble.I rarely bring it out the bag...I hit my long irons good. I even used to carry a 1 iron. My bag needs a gap wedge and a newer 3 wood

Johnny Miller in the Players Championship Saturday said a cupped left wrist early in the hitting zone can promote a hook. I fight the draws so I play them. I almost want to hit fades instead of draws. You are supposed to do that on the range...hit fades if you fight a hook then try straight...feel the difference...easier said then done I know One instructor told me instead of swinging around finish more upright..this for me might work but I can't have that type swing thought and play. I am a free wheeler..less is more..I get quick at the top which ruins tempo...one of the biggest things going if you can keep your tempo going...especially true for short game shots

Thats great scoring for low play. Most good players i know play min twice per week and hit balls twice per week. I should be lower but my driver wants to go left. I need to get more consistent. Don't wanna spend $$$ on range balls If my driver was on I could be a 5 no prob lem o
