  1. usually collar polo with some kind of plaid shorts and white nike golf shoes, and for cold weather i go with the slacks..now its a toss up wether or not the shirt is tucked in. Really just depends on how I feel. And the must is a nice nike dry fit fitted hat. The classic looks I guess. Alot better then the last time i took my little brother out, he showed up in jean shorts, button up long sleep dress shirt (with the sleeves rolled up) and some tennis shoes on oh and i almost forgot the top 2 buttons where undone so you could see his awesome wife better underneath..the most embarrassing golf experience of my life needless to say
  2. I would disagree with that as well but I can see where they got there ranking from. They were takin more in to count the physical nature of a sport and not the mental. And IMO I would say golf is more mental then physical. And what i mean is that you dont have to be a brute and play the sport and being a brute can in some cases hurt you. For example if you are use to forcing things and using your strength to carry you in a sport it is hard to transfer that to golf where you have to think about your shots and use more momentum then anything and swing angle and many other mental things to think about.
  3. TGW.com is selling last years Nike ONE balls for 29 bucks. I bought 4 packs of them.
  4. After reading the article about judging golfers by whats in there bag I decided to start a thread about this. I am not sure if this has been done before on here or not but I figured what the heck? So just list what you have in your bag and see what others say or might think. How long you have been golfing? Handicap? How often you golf? Power or Finesse? Pure golfer or Tech golfer? Whatever it might be. Then you can come back check out what others are saying then see how close or far from the truth everyone is. Hopefully feeling dont get hurt I am just curious to see if "what is in your bag" can be a true judge of the golfer. So I will go first See my sig for whats in my bag. One difference is that I actually have a 52* Cleveland CG10 wedge.I had a 53* Nike Forged bent to a 52* but I feel more comfortable with the Cleveland All clubs have had 1 1/2in. added to length My drivers shaft is a 66g V2

  17. Ok well I just bought a Nike Sumo 5900 so me and a buddy went to the driving range to hit some balls and halfway through he asked to use my driver so let him being the good friend I am..Well when He covered and put it back in my bag and that was that. Well last nite i noticed i have dent on the bottom of my driver and white paint in the dent from a obvious topped golf ball...Now I just went in my back yard and hit like 4 balls into the wood just seeing how the driver will react..but unfortunatly i can only follow it for about 100 yards..My question is will this affect the playablilty of the driver, how about the distance? It seemed to sound different too! Now mind you I only hit it a few times yesterday so this "different sound" could be in my head but I am just tryin to check all my bases? Any help, tips and/or advice will be great. This might be a dumb question but I am new to golf (only a year under my belt) so please help a newbie out?!
