  1. Thanks guys. Good info so far. Unsure of the exact model number...but the one I've been leaning towards is whatever the top model of the Skygolf is?? 4.5 maybe? Anyway, thanks for the info.
  2. Everyone.... I'm going to buy one of the many models of Golf GPS' out there. I've resisted it for a long time now, but I've decided that I want one. Problem is, I don't know which is the best / most reliable?? I'm leaning towards a Skygolf, but I've read a lot of mixed reviews. Anybody got any good info / help? I appreciate whatever advice you've got.......
  3. I'll vote for the U.S Kids golf clubs too. I've got the driver, 7 iron, putter set-up for my 2.5 year old twins. We have a boy and a girl. She's not that into it as of now, but my son is hooked. The clubs work out great, and they're fairly cheap in my opinion. I take him to the range with me now, when I know it's not that busy. He'd stay all day. If I had time I'd take him every day, because he has so much darn fun. "Daddy I really got ahold of that one huh"!! I've taught him some other lingo too. One of my favorites that he repeats is, "Daddy, I caught it a little thin". Pretty funny from a 2 yr old. Check out those clubs. And you can get them right or left handed. They're a pretty solid choice.
  4. I ride about 70% of the time. The other 30% of the time, I use my push cart. I never carry my clubs on the course. Haven't done that since my teen years. I play best when I use my push cart, and walk. Tend to take my time more. More time to assess the situation on the way to the ball.
  5. Voted inconclusive. See it happen a lot. Not saying it's right or wrong. Looked like he was just "testing" the situation. It definitely tamped down some grass, but did it improve his lie....I don't know? Ball didn't appear to move or anything, not that that was the issue. Inconclusive. That's my position.
  6. First, I have NOT hit the club. I'm sure it's a heckuva driver. For what you're looking for, it's probably perfect. Me personally, I'm not into these new overly adjustable drivers. I did use an R7 425 for a long time, with the weights neutral. But this club, and I think some other manufacturers too...are complicating things. I keep it simple nowadays. I've been playing a Burner for a couple of years. Simple, long, and straight down the middle. And a lot cheaper.
  7. Step up and get yourself some Classics Dry Premiers. Those are real golf shoes. The only other brand of golf shoe that can even come close in any way, is Ecco.
  8. Whooooooo cares??? Not me. I wish people would just leave it alone. She's gonna miss the cut by a mile. Eventually she will figure out what's up, and play with the girls...or she will fade away. She doesn't deserve all of the attention. From media coverage, to 8 pages of forums. If people stop caring, the subject will go away. Wait until she actually DOES something before you give her this many pages on a golf forum. That's my first and last post to a Wie forum topic, until she does something worthwhile. Let's talk about Chez Reavie. He appears to be actually doing something.
