I have seen some comments in a forum that people want a governor like DeSantis (Florida). They are saying that is a real leader (I'm in Michigan).
-
Yes it is in some states but why are you afraid?

I look at requiring shirts, shoes, different, due to the fact that isn't medical information. Now, if a business want's to require a mask, that's fine. You don't want to wear a mask, then you don't shop there, or do something like curb side pickup. I don't think they should be asking medical information from a person. If they allow that, what's next? Ask about a pre existing condition?

I read a story on www.mlive.com that reports that some students of colleges are purchasing fake vaccine cards to avoid testing and admission requirements. Out of curiosity, if the companies that are mandating an employee to have the vaccine, they cannot enforce that in a state such as Florida, correct? Florida prohibits a business to require the vaccine.

Thanks. I just know that course say "2 People - 1 Cart by me". I'm not sure where you are from, but that is nice that they let you do that.
-
I am surprised that they let you do that. Courses around me say "2 golfers; 1 cart". There is no negotiation. My parents aren't vaccinated, and I golf with my Dad, and in the same cart. No worries from me.

To who? You? I’m sure you haven’t polled everyone from that group.

I don't know when I said we shouldn't change anything. We shouldn't re write history, that is all I said. So, yes, make changes, but don't forget why the changes were made. People should be able to see/read history so they can understand why the change was made. I just don't agree with ALL the changes. Some yes, some no. Some I think is silly.
-
I'm on the side that there are some people that are overly sensitive. We should not re write history because "it offends me". It is history. It has happened. It is there for us to learn from and hopefully never make the mistake again. Hopefully some things DO offend you. Then you are less likely to make the same mistake.

I hit my 7 iron about 135 - 140. Yes, not a lot of distance, but I play the tee's that best suit my distance and have fun. I've played with people that can hit it a lot longer, but don't have as much control, so I end up beating them. Too me, it is not fun to play tee's that doesn't suit your distance just to say "I played the back tees".

I suffer from severe headaches. I was on an Emgality shot, and was doing great; then I took the 2nd COVID shot. Headaches immediately, and it has been 7 weeks. Michigan Head Pain and Neurological Institute said it is likely the 2nd shot has caused this. They have several patients that the same has happened to. They are going to try a different shot and a different abortive medicine, but no guarantees. So yes, maybe the ill effect as we know now are minimal, there are some people who do suffer from affects. And we still don't know about the future.

Why would he get a warning point? He had different views so what? I thought that you are not allowed to call people names? Or does that only apply if you agree with the moderators?

So my thoughts on the Ohio Lottery. Yes, I understand the number of people who got the vaccine went up. That part is un disputable. However, we will never know if all of them got the vaccine to enter the lottery, unless they are asked. I'm sure some did. I'm also sure that others were already planning on getting it. Maybe the week before was just lower, who knows? Also, I'm assuming these numbers included the 2nd dose, so maybe the numbers were higher due to that (first dose people, and the time for the 2nd dose people). I also have a history of headaches and take the once a month Emgality. Ever since by 2nd dose (2 weeks now) I have had a solid headache, muscle and arm pain. Could it be the shot? Yes, it could. It also could be something else though.

I just wanted to say I hope everything turns out good for your daughters.

Aerial photos of the original layouts. Or scans of old course scorecards. I collect scorecards.

Is there anyone who has played this game? I find it fun especially since it has a course designer built in. You can download hundreds of courses created by other people.
-
Is there any site that anybody knows that will show older course routings? For example, the course routing at Huron Hills in Ann Arbor when it was made, and the changes over the years? Or the course routing for the course in Birch Run, MI?
-
Is there anybody from Michigan that has played that course? I happen to thoroughly enjoy it.
-
And nothing wrong with that. I think certain ways. So what are you trying to prove? Notice I'm not calling you any names? Isn't it in the forum rules to not personally attack another member? I would consider that being an attack. But I guess it is ok as long as it agrees with the moderators/majority opinion. Kinda petty I think.

Disappointed that David in Florida's post is not even showing, and nobody is saying whether it was removed or not and if it was why. I read it. Nothing out of line. However, the person who called me a moron, and an ignorant person. However, that person mostly agrees with what the grand majority agrees with so I guess I'm not surprised.

Ohio has just announced as of June 2nd, all COVID health orders will be removed, which includes masks, indoor and outdoor capacity limits, and social distancing guidelines. In addition, if you have received at least the first dose, you will be eligible to win 1 Million Dollars. Every Wednesday for 5 weeks 1 winner will receive 1 million dollars

Nope. 42. Will be 43 next month. With a severe heart condition.
-
I briefly saw a comment from David in Florida. Wonder why it was removed? Or maybe he removed it himself.

I'm not a troll. However, I'm just saying what I think (better than opinion?). There are people that did make the same comments (well, not exactly but if I remember right close enough) that are no longer communicating in this topic because it seems they were "chased" away for what they think. The trucker dude, and David in Florida specifically I'm thinking of. Yes, I do (it probably surprises people that I do). It is their business, they can dictate how they want. A person has a right to not get the vaccine, a business also has the right to deny them.
