  1. I have a Nickent 4DX IW in 23 degree. I love it but the stiff shaft is too much for me. Let me know if you're interested.
  2. I have a 23 degree 4H Nickent 4DX that I'm looking to unload if you're intersted. In overall good shape with the stock stiff SR3 shaft.
  3. Mine was an earlier one and got the red rings. I guess I was still within the 3 year warranty because I sent it back and they sent me a new one no questions asked, didn't even pay shipping either way. I'm actually selling it since I never play it, I realized I didn't miss it the 2 months it was down (I was too lazy to send it in).
  4. If you already have an iphone 3G you can download a few programs for little to nothing. It's accurate to about 6 yard-10 yards I believe.
  5. 1997 BMW M3 Sedan 5spd My car history is: 1991 Acura Legend LS 2000 Civic EX turbocharged 97 BMW M3 sedan 5spd 1992 Sentra SE-R-daily driver with the M3 05 Mazda RX-8 6spd 93 Mazda Miata LE 5spd-daily driver with the RX-8 06 Lotus Elise 6spd 00 Honda S2000 6spd-daily driver with the Lotus/weekend track car 09 Mini Cooper S-new daily driver
  6. If you can't hit your 3 wood off the deck try a 5 wood. You won't lose much distance and it's so much easier to get up in the air.
  7. I think the Juice and Karma are all low compression balls. My gf has a really low SS and uses the Karma with good results. Also you might want to check out the Nike Power Distance soft and Top Flite Gamer and Bridgestone E6+
  8. Tenison Highlands is pretty nice, I'd say close to an average country club.
  9. Pshh you think that's bad. Our current "big" car is a Honda S2000. We can barely cram 2 stand bags in the trunk and have to take all the hybrids/woods/drivers out and hold them in the cabin. We bought a 09 Mini Cooper S to carry 2 golf bags with ease (have to fold the seat down as it's narrower than the S2000). I'm pretty sure a MS3 is larger than a Mini S, if you want to see a car that's not big enough to fit golf clubs you should see me trying to cram my bag into our weekend car (Lotus Elise).
  10. Try both and see what works. I bought a Cleveland 48* CG11 as my pitching wedge but I discovered I don't really like it. Most aftermarket wedges are heavier in swing weight than wedges that come as part of a set so if you're used to the other wedges in your iron set a Cleveland or Vokey might feel heavier to you. I think the Nike SV feels closer in swingweight to the wedges in my Adams set.
  11. Adams, Nickent or TM go try them all and pick one.
  12. If you want premium high end balls but don't want to take the hit in the wallet pick up some AAA quality ones from lostgolfballs.com they're about half the price and almost new condition.
  13. Yeah last time I picked up some Pro V1/V1x for 9.99 and they were AA not AAA. Overall they were playable but a few looked kind of beat up. AAA for 10 bucks is a good deal. Also I think the Maxfli Fires are 10 bucks a dozen at my local golf galaxy all the time, if they were the Tour fire it would be a good deal. Lately I've been using the Nike Power Distance soft for 12/dozen and they're surprisingly good.
  14. Why don't you just sell/trade the club for the same club with the OEM stiff shaft?
  15. CGB Max will feel like a wet noodle if you really swing 115+. It's made for swing speeds in the high 70's to low 90's IIRC. Really you want to look at the shaft to determine which driver you need and the head secondary especially for distance.. Check out the Adams XTD pro as well with the YSQ in stiff or X.
  16. The Prolaunch blue is their low kickpoint high trajectory shaft. The Prolaunch red is the exact opposite, you should try it.
  17. Please tell me you're joking, the 30-70 time in that car is probably more like 8 seconds.
  18. I've been to both those PGA superstores, one is in Plano one in Frisco. Are you sure that each has 12 launch monitors? I know they each have about 12 simulator bays that show you ball flight, swing speed etc but it's my understanding that those aren't an actual launch monitor like a Vector etc, just a simulator. And also the 6 30 minute sessions for $150 isn't lessons it's using their practice "driving range" facility in the back of the store, no instruction included. The lessons are quite a bit more when I asked a few weeks ago. Golf Galaxy does have video lessons four 30 min lessons for $100 which I just started.
  19. I would be on a road course burning up tires and brake pads, oh wait that's what I do on the other weekend day I'm not golfing already.
  20. Office Space or Oceans 11
  21. Are you looking for a higher launch, lower launch etc? For high launch I vote Prolaunch blue, for low launch I vote Prolaunch red/V2. I'm looking to re-shaft my 2 hybrids with Proalunch blue regular flex as they both have stiff OEM shafts in them right now that don't work for me (Prolaunch Red and UST SR3).
  22. Usually go play twilight or after 1 pm. Twilight is 20 for 18 holes including cart. Or after 1 PM it's 11+12 for cart so slightly more. Basically 20-25 bucks.
  23. I had a Nickent 3DX square, their website specs it at 46", it was measured at 45.5" by several different shops.
  24. I think the TP has a more square to open face profile and may be 10cc smaller. I liked the TP more than the regular Tour Burner when I demo'd both.
  25. I think the Proforce V2 may work, it's not especially known to be a lower trajectory shaft more mid.
