  1. OK well i'm glad i asked. does anyone know the tip diameter of the 07 burner? i looked around on tm's site but i couldnt find anything. i did check out ust's site and the diamter for the shaft i use is .335 if no one knows ill end up just shooting tm an email and im sure they'll be able to help me out
  2. i feel dumb asking this for some reason but will all shafts fit on all driver heads? i want to pick up an 07 burner and i would like to know if a proforce v2 will fit on it. my gut tells me yes but i would like to be sure -thanks
  3. first off i think that yes they are worth it. if you can get a couple of those cg10s i would jump on it right away. they had the sale at the stores near me too but they sold out. i think the cg10s are comparable to the vokey 200 series which are my choice wedges.
  4. there could be a better ball that i could play overall, but i just love the feel the prov1s give.
  5. thanks for this. i realize it isnt perfectly accurate but it gives a general idea atleast

16...i already have arthiritis in my fingers though lol... i've been playing on and off for about 10 years
  7. im generally a fox. sometimes i dont take as much time though
  8. first driver - not sure wilson kids set driver macgregor kids set ram from complete set 905s i started playing when i was probably 5...but i took a few years off i want to buy a l4v sooner or later. and that will be my last driver for awhile
  9. i agree with kcas about the tour burner. i certainly will not fix your slice. it is a very nice driver though i think the ft-5 would be a good choice. i havent hit an ft-i but everyone says the go nothing but straight
  10. when i tried the ap2s the feel on them was outstanding. my ballflight was also lower but again that could have been the shafts (i use dg's)
  11. im a prov1 guy. right amount of spin for me and the feel is great. i play them whenever i have the money
  12. you might have some luck finding a 3 iron on ironfinders.com. often it is fine to get a matching 3 iron but you can make it so you get an alert if/when they get it in.
  13. i've heard you're suppossed to get a lower trajectory with the 1x, but i cant say because i usually use 1s. however from when i have used the 1xs it is very clear that you get less spin than with the 1s.
  14. tm's, cobras and ping are all bad. i tend to always like the way titleist irons look. 690.mb are the nicest looking irons ever. mizuno mps always look nice too. i LOVE my 735.cm
  15. 100, plus or minus two either way is how i average
  16. i only do 52-56. my 52 is my 100 yard club and my 56 goes 80-85, but i feel very confident in controlling the distance on that club. if i have a 90 yard shot, i just hit a smooth 52. on anything less than 85 i use that 56 i dont carry a 60 because of my confidence with my 56. i also prefer the 56 around the green
  17. consistently shoot 80-82 get confidence in hitting my driver hit at least 5 buckets of balls per week (in the summer)
  18. chrome titleist 735.cm in incredible condition...$175 and free shipping
  19. im like bogey hitter...i want to hit my driver straight. right now i play a fade. i feel if i put my driver in the fairway i would see remarkable results. i hit my irons straight consistently but i often find myself without a shot at the green because of my drives.
  20. today was really bad in northern ohio...there was a mix of hail and rain, around 40 degrees, and windy. im still glad i played though
  21. im planning on buying some stuff between now and spring and then keeping that set for a while. im set for a driver, and i just got chrome titleist 735s to replace my 775s. now i want to get a 13.5 906f4 and i need a new bag..im thinking a hoofer vantage and maybe a mizuno mpr 52.07 to replace my vokey 252.08..maybe
  22. i have heard having irons too flat or too upright can cause a hook or slice. which one goes with which? *i know that these should be fit a golf galaxy but im just looking to know the basics
  23. so will the mp57s just play like normal cavity back irons? (like bridgestone j33's for example, i've played these before and they were fine) i wasn't sure how the cut muscle affected the playability.
  24. OK so right now i hit titleist 775.cb's and i can play them perfectly fine. i know they are pretty forgiving for forged irons though. however the groves are getting dull and the club heads are kind of rusty so im looking for some new irons. i was wondering if someone could tell me if the mp57's are comparable to the 775's in terms of forgiveness. i can hit them off mats at stores but thats not the same as playing them on the course (which is not really an option for me) thanks it's appreciated, opinions welcome o..ps please dont judge off my handicap telling me i cant play which irons (18 was my best guess when i joined). im looking for comparisons to other irons...thanks!
  25. i shot 8 over on 9. and i had two doubles and 2 3 puts. i easily could have shot 6 under if i didnt catch a couple bad breaks with having to chip out from trees. oh well though
