I'm sure there are some new ones out there, but I still use a Titleist 975j and love it. -
I'll look into those. When I was there last I played a Prince coarse by Pearl. I looked good in the photos but was really dry. I think their rainfall was down at that time.

For some reason when I open the blade on the backstroke I feel like I'm opening myself up for something to go wrong.

Do you keep the blade square through the stroke, or open and close? I've tried both and can't settle. I even do this during a tourney round, unfortunately.

I'd pick Tiger, only because he makes the putts when needed. I do however get a tad bit tired of Tiger TV. I guess ratings are ratings.

Try regripping on your own. I thought it would be tough at first but you can save a lot of cash and grip whenever you want. It's really the way to go. First thing I do with a set is take them to the garage and change the grips. Really easy!

I would try a slightly stiffer shaft. This usually helps me.

Do you think that Tiger's layoff gave some of the other players enough confidence to go head to head with him? Really disappointing that no one can step up. JMO

Tried the Bridgestone j33r today, loved the head but hated the nv 75 s staft. What are your thoughts of this club?

I wish he could get it together. I followed him a couple of years ago at Riviera and thought he struck the ball so well. I hate always hearing him gush about his family. Sure, the fam is important but he needs to get that fire back under those shades.

Everyone seems to be using these lately. I haven't tried them, yet! -
Regripping is so easy. Once you get the hang of it you will never take the clubs in again to have someone do it.

I would go from the 45 wedge to a 50 and a 54 sand wedge.

I had several sets of the tour burner irons like Ernie used to use and love them. I would switch between them and a set of firesole tour irons. -
I too had a circa 62 no 3. I was constantly putting baby oil on it an wiping it down. Never got one with the mist finish but I think they look cool and hold up well.

Definately try everything and don't just settle for the first set you try. There is so much stuff out there you have to try it all to see what you like.
