Well I finally broke 100!! (Actually broke 90!!) Been playing a little 7 months. Shot a 48 on the front nine, with a 9 on the par 5 (2 out of bounds shots). On the back 9 shot my best 9 holes ever with a 41. . Played 18 this morning. Walked the front nine and shot a 48 (with a 9 on the par 5, hit 2 balls out of bounds. Rode the back nine so I could get to my studio before 10. Shot a 41 my best for 9 holes. So not only did I break 100 but I broke 90 as well!!! Did not drive the ball very well, but my chipping and putting was much better. Chipped in a shot from the fringe for a birdie and did not have a single 3 putt. While my putting was pretty good I missed several 8-10' putts for par. I have noticed this also. Just this past week the distance from my Garmin Watch and the Game Golf seems to be 10-15 yards different. I use the watch to measure my drive distance and real time distance to green. The Garmin showed longest drive of 249 but Game Golf showed 262. Seems like Game Golf distance has been longer than the Garmin.

Well shot a 47 on the back nine at my local course. Shot 52 on the front nine yesterday (played terrible) so that is a 99 combined Would have played 18 this morning but they were having a tournament. My driving was the best ever today. Hit 100% of the fairways and broke my longest drive record again. Hit one 262 yards and averaged 231 yards which is longer than my longest drive just a few weeks ago. Hit my irons ok, pulling most of my irons left. Putting was good 1.67 putts per hole. Well I thought today would be the day to break 100. I have been walking 9 holes in the mornings before heading to my studio. Been shooting sub 50 rounds all week (45-48) Went to play 18 this morning, thinking this will be the day. I played terrible, driving was all over the place chipping was bad, and putting was not good. Only hit 36% of the fairways. 2.17 putts per hole. Only good note was I broke my record longest drive of 242 by 10 yards. So my longest drive is now 252 yards. Final score 102! Close even while hitting the ball badly. I love my GameGolf it is not perfect but does a very good job. It is fun to check out my stats, and see how far I actually drive the ball, or the other stats like how many putts. Right now my longest drive is 242 yards, which I just hit the other day. It is good to see that I am starting to get more distance, though I really need more consistent drives.

Well I can say I am hitting the ball better, with less topping the ball, and getting more balls up in the air. My driving today was terrible, putting was better though. I try and walk 9 holes in the mornings but with work and weather I have only been getting 3 or 4 9 hole rounds in. Today was not my best but one of my best, shot 48. Well have not posted here lately, nothing to really talk about except I was getting worse instead of better. This morning shot my best 9 holes - 47. Knew it was going to be a good morning when I hit a good PW from 37 yards out to a elevated green (could only see the top of the flag stick). Walked upto the green with my putter and could not believe the ball did not stay on the green and had rolled down the other side. Walked across the green and did not see my ball. I thought to myself no way, checked in the hole and there was my ball!! Birdie to start out with. Of course it went downhill after that but still not a bad round for me. Well Saturday was a Good/Bad day. Did not hit the ball well at all, but had more Bogey's and Pars than Doubles or greater. But did not break 100 for those that were bad they were real bad. (a couple of 8's) Putting was very good had several 1 putt holes and only a couple of 3 putts (should not had any). I knew it wasn't going to be a good day when I got to the course I realized I had not charged my GolfGame unit. So no record of my game

Yeah, played as much as I could because we have rain every day for the next week.

Played 9 holes Friday and hit the play fairly well, distance was not good but ball flight was pretty good. Played 18 holes at Ponta Creek Saturday Morning and played terrible. Played 9 holes that afternoon at my course and drove the ball better but irons still not good. Played 9 on Sunday afternoon and still did not play well but got my first birdie. It was luck as it was on the 9th hole (par 4) and my 3rd shot was about 38 yards from the green. Hit my SW but hit it thin and it was heading way to fast and would have landed 15-20 yards past the green but I did hit it straight and it hit the flag stick and fell in the hole. Haven't played around in over a week. Was a beautiful day so I snuck off from the office and played 9 holes. Shot 52, which is about average for me. Hit the ball better, with most of my shots getting in the air, (not any worm burners today yeah!) But distance seemed short (I am normally very short distance anyway) The ground was very wet as we have had rain almost everyday so wasn't getting the roll I normally would. Good thoughts about how to not always trying to make the "HERO" shot. Something I have been trying to incorporate.

I had not noticed the game golf listings of yardage for those holes. The Tee markers have been shorten for those holes. Hole #4 is 186 yards and Hole #7 is 178. On the back nine there still is a 205 par 3. I had the course pretty much to myself when I started (1:30 pm) but several people where playing by the time I was finished.

Just got it last week. This was the 2nd time I used it. So far so good, I am a tech/stat geek so I love it

Played 9 yesterday. It was 42 degrees with wind 10-20 mph. Played my best 9. Shot 50 while not striking the ball great and putting was better than last round but still not as good as normal. Avg 2.1 putts where I normally avg 1.89 Going to try and play 18 tomorrow .

Currently working on just getting my irons up in the air. Making progress with the help of the lessons from evolvr. Driving isn't the longest but normally straight (lately I have been slicing though). Putting is decent but this past weekend was not good.

Well thanks to Gipper for pointing me to this thread. Just been playing about 4 months and trying to break 100. My best round so far is 104. Played a new longer course this weekend and shot 111. I did play about a year right after college when I worked nights, but that was 28 years ago. So I am starting from scratch and sending videos into evolvr for the last couple of months.
