i was caddying in a fairly big amatuer event and the first is a driveable par 4 and this guy hit driver and was going for the green and i was like "Are you going to yell fore" and he's like "nah if it hits em atleast it will stop the ball closer to the hole

Since i started getting really into golf (early this year)i have found that i am less interested in doing things i used to love. I am on the verge of giving up all other sports to focus on golf and i am checking golf s.a for new events every day:) Does anyone else find that they are in the same position? any solutions

Well i'll start of with a bit of background: i am 15, lefty and am dropping shots everday few weeks . At my my club they are offering me a job picking up range balls and other odd jobs for 20 dollars for around an hour and a half work(this would only be one night a week). I have another job already and that takes care of my club fees. Any way i was thinking off putting the money from the range job into a "new clubs account" Has anyone done this ? is it effective or do you spend the money on other temptations?

Hey that is up there as one of the great phych-outs, next to one i used on my opponent. who i usually play with and is a bit of a dick anyway i was 2 up coming to the 15th tee and he is trash talking his ass off so i remember the tactic asking wether you breath in or out in the backswing and i proceed to make stupid blowing noises swinging my driver, well it couldnt have worked better he was trying to figure it out and ended up slicing his drive into the trees tkty

yea my 60* works great out of the sand and i fell my sand wedge is too chunky for my liking so i was thinking of taking it out the bag and fill the gap between 48* pw and 60* with 54*. any wedge you can suggest??

im a 24 handicap(dont pay attention to whatever it sat on my profile) and dropping every 2 to 3 rounds. Anyway ive got some b'day money to spend and was thinking of getting another wedge. My question is which a) loft should i get and b) which wedges should i go with? ive heard good thing about the rac tp y tune's can anyone confirm or deny? open to any suggestion. Cheers tkty

i played a similar style small club tournament today.At first i thought oh sounds good bit light hearted. But i still thought wed score decent. any way cut a long story short i carried my partner and worst of all he didnt seem to mind. So im left a little angry . Any way just make sure u both ut in the effort otherwise youll be left with a sour taste in ur mouth

i feel more confident with 300 odd bucks in my pocket

I'm 14 and i'm currently of 25 but this will change (I'm pretty sure) because i have dropped 7 shots in the last two weeks. I'm a lefty and aswell as looking for a good deal genuinely want some nice irons.

if ur shooting high 90's hoed ur hsndicap twelve or id ur profilr wrong?? I'd go the hybrid if i was u it's much more versatile.

will a vokey 52 degree thats obviously been used a lot and has a few scratches still do the trick? I just want something that will still perform but im not particu. thanksrly hung up on looks. Any insight would be great

I think thaat the point everyone seems to be slurring your friend on, the facthe has monet i believe is one of the best thing going for him. lets not forget that he worked hard to make his his money and i think this will set him up because in buissness you need to always be looking to what the next move is and golf is no different your always thinking what your next shot will be.

mine was more a get out of jail free card. after a booming drive i shanked my hybrid and had to hit a 3 iron punch to the green . although i missed the putt was still happy with it.

hi today during my round i hit a ball and couldn't find it. so i went back to the place i originally hit from where i was rudely met by two old ladies who precedded to blast me on how i should ask there permission to play that ball again.the next hole as my group had hit off and about to walk down the fairway one of the ladies told us to wait as we held them up they said they had the right to make us wait while they putt out and tee off. on the hole they: touched someone elses ball,take a drop from a spot nowhere near the point of entry and slow play. now i thought copping an ear bashing was harsh and enough, but they went to the pro shop and complained!! this is the stereotypical bullshit juniors are known to cop. I know she's probably right but is she ???
