  1. started my FitForGolf winter protocol. Focused on doing it slowly and properly executing the motions.
  2. Played 18 at WW. Started working a new piece, getting my right arm to fold much more quickly. Weird rn, but excited where it should take me.
  3. Hit some putts on my matt at home. Used a yard stick to work on start lines. Also worked on the way the grip laid in my hands. Seemed to find something there, will continue working on it.
  4. Hit a small bucket at the range, focusing on my main piece because I have strayed away from it. Played 3 holes and then did a Stack Premier putting session.
  5. Played 18 at WW with @iacas. Was focusing on my transition piece, but failed miserably at it. Also used the Stack putting program on the course. Some work to do there lol.
  6. Played 15 holes at Whispering Woods in the morning. Struggled with my feels for the first few holes, but got it back and kept exaggerating those feels. Had some real good shots after the first few holes.
  7. I was lucky enough to get to try this product as well. The first thing I'd like to say about The GolfPod is that I was surprised by its sturdiness. I'm a bit of a clutz and even after dropping it in the parking lot or at the range, there are no signs of anything being damaged or chipped. The second thing I like about it is the portability. As @iacas mentioned previously, a good tripod fits in your bag and that is certainly true. Picture of The GolfPod inside its traveling case. The GolfPod setup for my height at home. Phone in The GolfPod holder. (Ignore the old phone used haha) The holder is one of the better ones that I have used in a tripod. It has a very firm grip on the phone and even when I tug on the phone to try and remove it has very good resistance. If you are on uneven surface, you can rotate the holder so you can keep your phone at the correct angle to film. The last thing I wanted to highlight is the holder for the Bluetooth button. I think it's nice that there is a place to keep the button so you don't have to worry about losing it. I cannot speak about the functionality of the button as of yet, but having it on the tripod itself is a nice touch. Overall, The GolfPod is a tripod I would recommend to anyone who needs one. It's easy to set up and use while you work on your swing. My favorite thing about The GolfPod is how easy it is to keep around by putting it in your golf bag. Because of its size, I no longer have an excuse to not film my swing while I work on it. That is an excuse I often give myself haha. But definitely check out The GolfPod and you won't be disappointed if you do purchase one.
  8. Played 18 at Whispering Woods. Really focusing on lowering the correct way in transition. Hit some really good shots and some stinky ones as well.
  9. Bent a backup putter more upright and putted indoors for about 25 minutes. Focused on an elongated gate drill and trying not to "peek" as the ball left the face.
  10. I got to try the Peanut Butter Cup today and quite liked it. I echo what @iacas mentions about the chewiness. I was surprised about how chewy it was, but that was in no way a bad thing. The taste was slightly lacking in terms of peanut butter taste, but it did not ruin the experience of eating it. I did however, really like it wasn't "chalky" like some really high protein bars can be. So that was a big +1 for me. Overall I enjoyed it,and if they were in my pro shop I would buy one at the turn to boost my back nine.
  11. Hit some putts on my mat at home. Really focusing on start lines by putting through a gate about 2 feet ahead of the ball.
  12. Hit the range for about 75 minutes. Still working on not shallowing the club by moving my arms towards the ball in transition. Still a work in progress. 😄
  13. 4/4 Fit for Golf workout in the morning, then played a quick 9 holes focusing on my spiderman feel.
  14. I can attend as well. Any date works, but looks like May 20th is the consensus. Had a ton of fun at the one that was here in Erie last time around. Looking forward to it.
  15. As others have mentioned there is boat load of options in that category of shaft. An older one but a good one (and cheap on ebay) would be the Aldila tour blue. An Evenflow Blue by project X would be another good option as well.
