What's a few thousand fans among a million. Also, this does nothing to his integrity. Fool thing to do, absolutely, but hardly what many are making of it.

Having someone already in the clubhouse win a tournament like this just doesn't feel right. Come on Koepka, keep it together and finish out par or better.

BBC is offering live radio for free. That being the case, I'm OK if Tommy wins from the clubhouse. https://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_five_live

No kidding. And once the Poulter/Grace pairing is done, that's it. Why wouldn't the USGA simply start covering the leader group.

Yeah, he played some stellar golf and course conditions will likely get tougher, so he has that going for him. His problem is that he had too much ground to make up and the odds are someone still on the course will shot E or better for the title.

Yeah, no argument about what is being carried over the broadcasts, but that's not what I'm really getting at here. That's what he gets for hitting it to the wrong position. Shinnecock is making a statement to the new "Live Under Par" slogan.

New York fans win. In addition to being rude, they also win the most obnoxious award. Listening to the many village idiots at Shinnecock was annoying.

I believe there is a rule that states a player cannot be DQ'd on his/her birthday... if there isn't, there should be.

The final results here may be right in-line with Chambers Bay. The biggest issue there was less than stellar viewing for the fans.
