Screw it, I'm taking the 60 out of the bag for a little while. I'm thinking of going 52, 58. I have a 56 already, I can't really get it up as well as I'd hoped.

For high school golf, I'd need to follow the 14 club rule right? Other then that, I'd probably be playing all my clubs. I also have a 15 degree 3W I can use if I have too. Should I just stop worrying about this, and just take out whatever club I hit worst whenever I get them?

I'm thinking about getting a Taylormade Rescue 19 degree or something close to it, it would work well to fill the gap between a 3W and a 4i right?

My 60 degree helps me, mostly with confidence, I hit it better with a full swing from like 60 yards, then I do with like a 3/4s SW swing. That's just me though.

I won't take away my driver, I can't. It's actually my best hitting club, which I know is backwards from most high handicappers. But I usually get it pretty close to the fairway. Normally, when I have trouble it's the mid irons that screw with me, 5, 6, and 7 are my worst irons. I normally top them.

Well, I have a dilemma. I know there's a 14 club rule, and I have 16 clubs I plan on buying to use, but some are interchangeable like a 2H and a 5W, but that still leaves 15 clubs. So what 14 clubs do you guys carry normally? I'm thinking on the shorter courses, some are like 500 as their longest holes around here, I'll put up the 3 wood, and take 4 wedges (PW, GW, SW, LW) and for the longer courses, like the one I had a tournament on recently, there was a 600 yarder, I'll definitely need the 3 wood, but I was thinking of dropping the PW, since I hit that the same about of the 9i. So what do you guys usually do?

Today was my first round with the 60 degree wedge, and I shot my lowest round ever, a 44 on 9. I doubt that was just a coincedence, considering I used it on 6 holes, and put the ball where I one putted on the green 4 of the 6 times.

Are they forgiving? Workable? I've got most of the stuff in my signature, I'm getting the irons soon, but I'm thinking of getting the 3 thru PW A2OS, and getting the GW/SW seperate. But if they are that much more forgiving, I'll probably stick to buying the RPMs, and the Exotics hybrid. Which would be better for a 25 HCP?

Is the e5+ similar to the ProVs?

I've got decent spin from my 60 Watson PVD. Not as much as a Vokey, but I'm more accurate with this too.

Yesterday I carried 280 off the tee with a found ProV1x, I don't want to spend $50 on just one dozen though. I'm still bad enough that I lose a ball occasionally.

I've gotta be honest, the distance isn't as important as the softness, I'd rather hit 250 with a soft ball then hit 280 with a distance ball. I've used the Power Distance Softs, I liked them, but they didn't seem too "soft", they stuck a little, but not as much as I expected from a ball labeled soft.

I'd look at Adams Golf stuff. Some of there irons are some of the most forgivable I've demoed/played. I like their hybrids. I'm getting the RPMs from my sig next week though.

I was actually asking you guys for ideas haha. I'm thinking maybe e6+ and TopFlite Gamers. Do those sound like two good options?

I'm always getting 2 dozen, 1 of one kind, and 1 of another, so I'll be using two of these ideas.

My dad already has those, I can use his, I don't like them as much.

It's only usable when ordering online from Golfsmith, so lessons are out of the question. So anyway, I'm buying balls. Not ProV1s, nor One Tours, more like Bridgestone Treosofts, or Juices, or dare I say, TopFlite Gamers. So I'm looking for some ideas of a longer ball that still has some softness to it. Or even the other way around, a soft ball with some distance.

Adams is apparently a "value" brand, as in price over quality, but I haven't noticed, I hit the Wedges better then my dads Vokey, and that's all that matters to me. That's preference though, my dad hits his better then my Watson. I haven't got my irons, that's the next paycheck.

My short game has gotten a lot better, using a lot of the tips you guys have given me. Today I left a chip from just off the green (one I usually leave a good twenty feet away) like an inch away. It should've fallen. :(

I shot a 114 today, with around 54 putts on 18 holes. That's terrible. I had around 24 chips. That's 78 strokes because of a terrible shortgame. Easily my worst round all year. I'm normally around 48 on nine, and 95-104 for 18.

I'm 15, I'll be 16 by the actual season, but I will be on the golf team. The take the top 6 for match scores, and the top 12 on the actual team, and I'll be either 5, 6, 7, or 8. Most likely 6.

How far should my arms extend? Until they are comfortable, or until the are perfectly straight?

Lately, I've been consistently topping every shot. Is this just a simple case of the ball being too far back in my stance, or are there other reasons to top it that I don't know about? Basically, besides the ball being too far back in my stance, what other reasons are there?
