  1. wat do mean by hinge? and which club should i play this shot with, should come down on the ball?
  2. The course i play has a lot of trees and i am often faced with this shot from 30 to 50 yards frm the green where i have to hit the ball low but carry it onto the green over the bunker and stop it . u know the kind where it takes two low skidding bounces and just stops dead. it would really improve my score if i could learn to hit this shot
  3. looks to me like ur face is abit open at impact. try this.. shift r hands a bit to the right of the grip.. it cured my fade and i used to fade xactly like u..straight and then right.
  4. @ben how are the callaway x22s treating you
  5. great... everyone hear keeps telling me not to hit the driver at the range cz the hard balls will damage th new clbface and leave dents..
  6. Ping makes good irons but proaby not for such a high handicap. if u want a set of forgiving irons my advice to u is to get the callaway x18 set. with the cavity back it is easy to hit and forgiving on mishits. also it will give u an acceptable distance till u get back to playing better golf. Cheers
  7. my 3 wood seems to go a lot further right than it used too, my swing is dropping at the top of the backswing and my body is racing ahead.. as a result im slicing the ball a lot more.. . working to shorten my backswing and everything is starting to click into space ,, amazing what a difference a little adjustment can make..
  8. i have an absolutely ancient henry cotton 10 iron(pw), and it gives me no spin even with good balls. the grooves are really the thing that matter.. go for brand new set of wedges if u can afford them
  9. thnx fr the tip , i tried it out today and it totaly worked... cannot believe that i couldnt c the physics of that shot.. gonna take my caddies head off now .
  10. the callways are pretty good i agree but try out the nike dymo 2 str8 fitf driver .. also square and a great deal straight.. but then again manouvering the ball becomes a headache with this particular club
  11. 61 with a 7.2 handicap!!! thats insane man!
  12. they definitely would .. but go for te clubs that u can hit the easiest and the ones that give u alot of confidnce while standing over the ball.. i know its a terrible golf cliche but in a few years if u devlop your muscles u'll be ripping the ball apart ith the new technology
  13. hi im probably ur frst pakistnai member .. i play golf in the capital and its alovely long par 72 course. i try to practice as much as possible but the lure of the course is just too tempting.. Cheers
  14. 40 on the front and 41 on the back ... a great round of golf even more amazing as i was fasting today
  15. has to do a bit with the shafts , my pro caddy told me to place the ball in the back of the stance and hit with as much force as i could. gave it alot of backspin and a lower penetraating flight

    Rivalrys

in my mind one of the greatest football rivalries is between arsenal and tottenham .. very fiesty matches
  17. btw try out the callaway x22's as well heard they are really good
  18. what distance did u get out of them and btw i agree with the guys that your age 220 yards frm a driver is really not bad
  19. well they might be able to do it but with all the new signings its gonna take some time for them to really settle down as a team and get some chemoistry flowing. saw the game yesterday and city were okaay..
  20. try the nike forged victory red irons ... played a couple of shots with a friend of mines' and they were awesomne.. ur distance problem shud be solved as myself using a lynx master model set hittinng my 7 iron 170 yards immediately picked up 15 yards with his irons.. go try it out
