One thing I think is big attribute to Tiger being the greatest is how marketable he made golf. In my earlier years before Tiger I was never interested in golf. It was only after Tiger started dominating and you started hearing more about him and the sport that it made me interested in this game. Also he's created a lot for golf with the involvement of Nike. I don't think they would be this serious about golf if it weren't for Tiger.

Ok I'm a newb so if this is dumb, I'm sorry. When you say ahead of the ball do you mean in reference to the swing of the club, or ahead of the ball in reference to your chest. EX. If it's in reference to swing of the club you would mean aiming more towards your 9 o'clock where as in reference to your chest it would be at 12 o'clock. Sorry if this is a dumb question, just started taking up the sport!
