  1. Torresdale..... go and play it, you won't be sorry
  2. 1. Caledonia- simply the most beautiful course in MB 2. TPC Myrtle Beach- A true championship course 3. The Dunes- awesome course with "private club" feel I just booked our trip for July... $1175 We Play... Sunday- Fazio @ Barefoot Monday- Pawleys Plantation Caledonia Tuesday- Wachesaw East Plantation TPC of Myrtle Beach Wednsday- Tidewater The Dunes Thursday- Grande Dunes Preswick ....and fly home that nite!
  3. this will be Heritage replacement, its our 1st year skiping Heritage (tough choice) but the guys want to give another course a shot.
  4. Prince and Sabram thanks for your thoughts, we have played TB and our group don't care for it that much. PP back 9 seems cool and hard fast greens we love so it will be a tough choice. Thanks!
  5. I am not a long hitter, so I'm always lookin for the right driver ( I have 3 now ), but I play with 2 guys (1 is 32 the other is 57) They are a 1 hdcp and 3 hdcp and they both hit it 300 yds. Both ther drivers are 12-15 yrs old, with that being said, i've told myself it's more in the swing, club head speed and talent than the clubs. they can also use any ball out there and score just as well, there just good players. Every time somebody shows up with new equipment they just laugh and say spent your $ on lessons.
  6. We want to try a new course to pair up with Caledonia for 36 holes, which would you guys recommend? Both look good online and have high marks, but I would like to hear from guys who played them. Thanks
  7. Moorland is the best course @ Legends, worth playing. Preswick is on our list this year for the first time, heard it was good and its close to the airport, so thats our last round then straight to the airport.
  8. I was ther last July and will be there again this july, if I had to pick 2 more courses to round out the trip it would be The Dunes and TPC Myrtle. Trust me you WON'T be disappointed. I could go on and on about the courses down there, but from what you said, these should be your choices.
  9. Tidewater is awesome! also check out The Dunes club
  10. Look into Legends, we stay there every year, there townhouses, clubhouse and practice facility are the best. The golf courses are awesome too!!!
  11. Myrtle Beach- Legends is the best, i stay there every year, you won't be disappointed
  12. I just bought 4 doz. NIKE (2 black, 2 platinum) Refurb's for $35 bucks at the East coast golf show, thats a steal IMO. Refurb's might be the way to go.
  13. OAKMONT (PA) The Ridge at Back Brook (NJ) Bulle Rock (MD) Pine Hill (NJ) TPC Myrtle Beach (SC) Caledonia (SC) The Dunes Beach & Golf Club (SC) Also Local for me The Golf Course @ GLEN MILLS (PA) The Architechs (NJ) White Clay Creek (DE) Hartefeld National (PA)
  14. Hey lefty golfer, nice line up, I never played Founders club before, let me know how it is. Caledonia was my favorite for a long time but it's tided now with TPC and The Dunes. have played true blue, kings north and heritage before all very nice. Your price is awesome, hope you have a good time, where are you stayin?
