😅 I know it all too well Dennyjones, the comments from my homies only make me laugh.

I have to admit it took way too long to be able to pull off this move. I do like to watch the weather in the winter when the northern regions are getting nuked by snow and its in the 70's here and tell my friends up North how cold it is here.

It gets too cold for too long up north, plus down here I can play year round which is a bonus.

Hi all, I moved to NE FL 4 years ago from SE Michigan, I couldn't stand the long cold winters any more. I retired 3 years back after 43 years as a field service engineer. I started playing golf twice a week with a group of guys from my neighborhood. My game was horrid at first, my last lessons were in 1976 and I never played more than a few times per season due to work commitments and other interests. As a result in my search for information I began lurking on TST. I have found TST to be a great resource in all things golf especially LSW. Most aspects of my game have improved to the point I am playing almost as well as most of my partners, which isn't saying much as we all score in the upper 90's, but we have fun. Glad to be here.
