  1. Tiger was beaten by a guy that was twice his age and hit the ball 250 yards by 17 shots in 2 rounds. allan doyle. most people overestimate their driver distance, and add 50 yard extra.
  2. Changing the eating to such where you exclude, rice, potato etc..allows you to retrain your insuline levels as todays food allows you to create inflamatory responses which isnt good. You can check out, www.artdevany.com where the carbs is excluded fully and the ones you need comes from fruit and vegetables. Todays advice in how to eat is wrong, got a sister that lost 30 pounds in 3 months following this. she got more energy, feels better. Food creates responses in your body due to chemical reactions which enzymes and hormones trigger of good or bad sideeffects. Most people just eat wrong and carbos has to be excluded as they are a later addition to our cost. When one has created a better level of responses, one can eat some but should be kept to a minimum due to the inflamatory responses they create. I eat like that, and I got more energy and feel better, and I eat 75% less food now than 2 years ago and feel better. Not hungry as often, more energy, stable insuline levels and the effect are noticable what food I eat and carbs just dont work that well. so in advice, dont listen to people as yourself who dont know.
  3. Yes I have. Its not in the book btw. Its not in the dirt. Its in or was in his body.
  4. 1. Distance from tee. Flexibility, workout, weight loss, swing plane and focus on speed. lower body stability. 2. accuracy with irons. Feet togheter, rythm. When the above is met, play and shoot low.
  5. shoter irons play you should use that since it will improve accuracy.
  6. There is many different ways you can work out, the body is adaptive, meaning, if you do the same set, the body wont grow as it adapt to that workload. Now, add varity and intensity and scale it to your fitness level and you get faster results. Add finesse, use proven stuff as www.crossfit.com or www.artdevany.com and then add a good eating style, and you will be having more energy. It isnt about working out alone, its insuline levels, hormone release, and also health. reason? your balancing out the insuline levels. No more highs from carbos.
  7. streatch the pre-season to make sure whole body is soft and then during season after need. 7 days a week. stretching is all about the soft tissue getting longer, once it is, then maintance stretch is fine
  8. you bring it up, no excuse for not following the rules. its better to teach the rules by example. I made many mistakes and learned what to do in play with friends.
  9. Overall goal. 1. Qualify for the national tour. then to get there, 2. handicap down to scratch in 4 months. To get there, 3. Increase distance. 4. increase accuracy approach shots. Generic work, 5. working out - loosing weight getting fit. 6. Technical on swingplane, proper turn.
  10. The idea is to shift your eating habits, then apply workouts as the P90x, I do my own model based upon www.crossfit.com and as far I lost 5 pounds or so in 3 weeks. Exclude all carbos, that alone will shift your physiology to balance the insuline levels. I am currently aiming for first of June to get my body loosing the extra weight I had since I become ill 10 years ago. I cant work out much but the time I got, I do some I got the energy for. There is no need to not be fit for playing golf, you have a better endurance and will hold up longer.
  11. Depends what handicap the player has. Ball striking is key at the lower levels. Then as the mid and low handicaps comes along the short game takes over. Then the mental game. Consistency is a desired trait as this allow the player to shoot scores based upon their current level of skill. Ballstriking helps there.
