working on my swing and would like some feeback if you notice something I need to work on. I notice that I need to weaken my grip, it is way to strong. I am a good ball striker but just not as consistant as I was 5 years ago before I had kids (trying to get the game back).

I had hogan apex plus Irons and loved them, I only recently stopped playing them and bought a set of titleist 695mb. Hogan irons are sweet, and for hundred bucks that is a steal.

A couple of amatuers so I wouldn't have many people following me and not that much pressure.

Most tour pro can hit it 300 if they want to, I have a friend on tour and he can hit 300 anytime he wants. But to hit a fairway that is 15 yards wide and hit it 300yds is a whole different story.

It is funny when I started playing golf I never heard anyone considering not having a 3 iron, 2 or 1 sure, but a 3 iron. Sure it not as easy to hit as a 5 or 6 iron, but come on it is not that hard to hit, just practice a bit. It is funny I actually have more trouble hitting my damn taylor made rescure tp 19 hybrid than I do my muscle back blade three iron.

Califorinia has the most diversity in their courses; you can play a desert layout, a traditional ocean links course, wetlands style course or even a mountain course all in one state. I think that gives California the nod for #1

Same here, I find Nike balls all over my course also and I either give them to my brother or punch them into the river.

In the past when I hit them I thought they are not even close to titliest pro V or even any other premium ball company. I did not think they had good feel and they felt just weird coming off the club face. I will say I have not hit them since and it has been a few years so things might have changed. I am sure Nike has become a lot better club and ball maker, I am just not a big fan.

I have a old taylormade pittsburgh perssimon 5 w and a new 3h taylormade rescue tp. I hit the 5 wood about 235 and the hydrid about 215. I would only use the 5 from the fairway or light rough, the hybrid I can use in more situations.

Thanks, I tried forever to find the lie angle but to no avail. I new if I joined this forum my problem would be solved!! And like I thought they are about 1 degree to flat for me. Thanks again......
