  1. That was a brillant putt on the last! his caddy is crazy lol
  2. wow awesome view from your house dude lol, I dunno anything about S&T; but impact isnt great, small bit of a flip and I dont think its cause by your sequencing, what camera are you using btw?
  3. Im watching langer now and hes keeping that knee flex, but then look at phil, hes the complete opposite! I still think people are being a little harsh on peter k, he may not know his S&T; but hes a world class coach none the less. I was wondering when becoming an instructor, do you decide to be a S&t; instructor or just pick it up after or what?
  4. He does get critized alot but how come players like paul and bernhard langer go to him? he must know a few things, as for S&T; I dunno, its really hurt sean o hair and mike weir and Ive never seen a tour S&T; pro winning(although they probably have)
  5. God damn I hate when you guys saying you cant play because its too hot!! Its pissing rain here in the middle of july!!!!...........just to put things in perpective for you............
  6. Terrible angle, it kind of looks like you,re leaving your weight on your backfoot on the downswing which would cause the ball to go right, not sure though
  7. I think hes referring to feel and imagination rather than swing speed any donkey can swing a club quick, I probably agreed phil is more talented just because he can play both sided and can do things with wedges no one else can, but pro golf is about 80% mental and thats where tiger is just supreme, thats where is counts too
  8. Yeah you,re coming over the top, Id say around 80% of golfers do this, my dad just came back from a lesson saying the pro told him he was doing the same, work on the takeaway, the plane and downswing sequencing and you,ll improve dramatically, good luck dude
  9. Past his prime? thats bs, hes in his mid thirties, thats the prime age for pro golfers
  10. wow if you went anymore inside the club might hit your backside, your right arm is just completely collapsing to the inside, work on your takeaway and get that plane more upright, looks to me you,re coming over the top on the downswing too
  11. No that was his iron speed, which I think is extremely slow for some-one who claims to hit it 330, obviously swing speed increases when using a driver, but pros have 95mph with their irons and average about 285ish with their drivers........and no-one on the planet hits it 340 straight down the middle. You must have the short game of a chimp if you,re playin off 9 op, whats up with that?
  12. dude I dunno what to tell you Was it sam snead who said "if you got rhythm you can play some golf" ? .....and you dont got rhythm... Sorry for the lack of help Iacas will sort you out
  13. Yeah they are....too a certain extent though, smash factor, impact positon and where on the clubhead the ball is struck plays a big part But hang on you,re swing speed with irons is only 85mph? dont pros average 95mph with irons and they do not go after the ball with an iron in their hand. Yet you drove it 313? wouldnt you need around 120mph swing speed for that distance hmmmm........colour me skeptical
  14. Well for me when I started, it was late summer so when my swing was developing it happened mainly on mats(winter) my impact just wasnt good althought I didnt know it due to the forgiveness. To avoid jarring of the wrist to a certain extent on mats you dont hit down as much as you should. So if you dont have a good impact position then mats will make you seem alot better...........then when you get to the course you will be in for a surprize. But you,re obviously a good player and doesnt struggle with impact so mats wont effect you.......but for the majority of golfers mats just provide false promises
  15. If you cant get to the course enough and try and make up for it by practicing on the range alot, then you,re probably going to get screwed, it makes you develope a horrible scooping action if you do not hit off grass enough, I learned this the hard way early in my golfing days, coming out one spring after spending hours during a miserable winter on the range......to realise I could barely hit the ball. Now if you are a good player and play off grass alot then you know how a true strike feels and when you hit the range you can tell the difference, and as you mentioned you only hear it from poorer players. Thats my understanding anyway. For me I just dont do it because of that horrible learning experience.......god I nearly quit
