  1. Yep, my knee would get swollen badly at the start. Stretching and working on stability helped a bit at the beginning, but recovery was pretty slow and painful. Don't let it get worse if you can and see a doc. Took me around 7 months to fully recover. Pain can be pretty intense too, especially at the part that is closer to knee cap...
  2. Dry needling is a game changer, agree(even though pain can be pretty intense sometimes) - I 15 sessions on each knee( my tendons never were really good there, but after like 25 it got REALLY bad). Worked like a charm, I'm 2 years pain free now. Collagen sups are helpful, esp if you don't consume enough with the food.

  4. 5 miles run into upper body split( OHP 120 lbs 5x5, close grip bench 190 5x5, rows 200 5x5, pullups 4x4). Gotta build my pull-up strength a bit, kinda want to do 4x8 but my grip is completely fried after rows...
  5. If you still feeling pain probably didn't recover fully yet. At this point just make sure you're not putting too much pressure on your wrist and maybe warm up properly.
  6. Out of those 3 I'd go with Garmin. It's a rough choice, ideally you want to try out all 3 of those to make a decision what fits you the best. You pretty much already know best features of all 3. Personally, I'm a huge Garmin fan, but ShotScope Pro LX+ looking really good.
  7. Yeah, I feel like movie kind of expects you to know real life story to enjoy movie properly. Pretty good nevertheless!
  8. As far as I know, physicians are getting more scarce due to how stressful and demanding it is(on top of costing a fortune to get education), on top of that many people who get educated and trained leave after few years due to burnout. Top it up with increasing amount of patients constantly and you have some really huge deficit of specialists per amount of patients.
