  1. Of course RH only
  2. solid.. thanks. I am going to have to look around now.
  3. I currently have the MX-23 which I really like. I am looking around to get a second set to send down to my parents house in Myrtle beach. Any how.. I really like the clubs, they hit very nice no vibration, what other Mizunos are similar to the mx-23? I cant seem to find any used wondering if I go looking for a different set i might find some. I have hit other clubs but these have seemed to feel the best.
  4. I gotta say that distance is something that I am not really looking for. I might be in the minority here but I feel very confident in the distance I get with my clubs. I want accuracy, I would rather lose 20 yards per drive and 10 per iron if i could put the ball in the location I want to 8-10 times. While I think the article is logical I do not think that accuracy comes with taking the driver and long irons out of the bag.
  5. SKydroid is not as advanced with all of the stats that golfshot has, but Skydroid will give you distances to bunkers, green locations auto advance to hole its pretty accurate as well. I have tested it vrs other iphone apps and golf gps units. They are all with in a yard or so. Id like to get the golf shot one for the stats. But for 1.99 Skydroid is very useful. Has every course I have played at so far.
  6. I have been using skydroid.. 1.99 app very good. This golf shot seems pretty good though keeps trakc of nice stats and all
  7. From what I was always told you want your dominate hand on the top of a hockey stick so in theory most nighties should be lefties. I throw right handed but play hockey/golf/baseball from the left side.
  8. I have the FT iZ tried it at the indoor range it was ok. Out at the outdoor range i was having a problem with a draw well, a slice. But I have since fixed that with a "strong" grip, and it seems to work well. I dont have a prob with the distance just the consistency. But I do look forward to hitting driver now, when before I would look for an excuse to keep it in the bag .
  9. Just bought the Hank Haney 4x4 from golf smith. Used it a few times and tried to mess up and see how it held up and so far its been pretty good.
  10. I completely agree. I feel like a leper when I go in to golf smith and ask for anything. I get laughed at and said "its in the back corner". And gloves OMG its a joke. They have three gloves. I played as a single and I was shocked but I was paired with 2 other lefties. Any how, just need a place that actually has some sort of selection of equipment and gear
  11. Very nice post thanks. Its the pull with the short irons and the long irons are pure straight
  12. Its not a snap hook, there really is no"bend" in the flight, its almost like I am aiming in that direction. but it pretty much just goes right.
  13. I know it is extremely hard to say what to do with out seeing a swing, or a flight path of a ball, but hoping someone might have some sort of plan of attack. (I know lessons) but i am suborn. ANy how my 5i is straight, 6i slight draw, 7 has more of a 15-20 yard draw and 8i is 30-40 yard hook. Wedges and pitching and 9 are straight. Any how just wondering what a good exercise to do or a way to fix that hook i have with my 7-9 i. It really stinks as I am pin high but 30-40 yards to the right on almost all par 3s.
  14. where did you buy them from
  15. Really? I thoght they had to play the ball they started the round with that is unless the ball is lost
  16. One of the ones I was looking at had no ignition fee, no deposit, no assessments and no monthly mins.
  17. Thanks thats all really good stuff to consider. I really guess i am looking for something where I can play a morning round, eat some lunch and then go out and play an afternoon round. Or after work go out and hit 9 or so.
  18. I have been looking around at some of the local clubs. just wondering if they are worth it? I am talking about next year
  19. I got the Callaway home range net. It seems really good. The only bad thing is the target flips up when you hit it so you can not really tell where the ball hit on the target but the net itself seems to be of high quality
  20. what are you using as a mat?
  21. I realized this past weekend that I really need the 52. I really needed to use some different clubs for shots not just the ones I am comfortable with
  22. Not the best day but second shot, rough GPS said 205 to front. Ball was above my feet in the rough. Just really wanted to put it about 150 ish, so I clubbed up to a 6i. Well needless to say I smacked it to 20 yards middle of fairway.
  23. I have a practice net at home, I usually use that to hit mid irons, cant really use wedges. Just wondering what other things I could practice on with the net?
  24. One course I play is tight, the others tend to be open. Generally speaking I do not really take divots I tend to sweep, with some ground contact.
