Shot an 86 (46/40) on Saturday. I played at Jimmy Austin (University of Oklahoma's course).

Anybody demo'd this driver? Any thoughts or comments? In the market for a new driver. Was looking at one in the shop but they didn't have one I could demo. Just curious if anybody else might have tried it.

I shot a 123 my first time. And that was after 5 trips to the driving range to prepare.

Played in beautiful 70 degree weather Sunday 11/21 here in central Oklahoma. It was probably my last day of the season as it's suppose to get into the 30's this week. Some of my friends are getting together Thanksgiving because it's free but that is probably going to be too cold for me.

Went to Golf Galaxay a couple a days ago I purchased a Adams Idea A7 19* Hybrid and a Cleveland CG15 56* Black Pearl Wedge. The Adams was to replace the Cobra Baffler I haven't been thrilled with. I've always played Vokey wedges but decided to pick up a CG15 for the sake of it. Still looking for a 3 wood but can't decide.

Mine would have to be either my Cobra Baffler 19* Hybrid (it goes straight about 210-220 everytime) or my 7 iron (145-155 everytime straight and true). My dream club would probably be a Scotty Cameron Newport putter. I like my Odyssey but.....

I use mine about 6-12 times per round. I use it to chip from the rough. Used to just use 56* but with my 60* I feel I don't need to open the club face as much as before.

I haven't hit the Cobra S2 Max before but I have hit the regular S2. Good feel for a game improving club. If you don't mind used I have a set of Callaway X-20 4-P irons I'm going to be selling for rather cheap. They're in good condition (8.5/10).

Recently purchased the Cobra Baffler Rail hybrid in 17*. I got this replace my Ping Rapture in 18*. In REALLY like this club! It's more forgiving on off center hits (which I'm prone to) and the sound is much better than the Ping. I did enjoy the Ping I just much prefer the Cobra.

Alright here it is........ I usually play Srixon Trispeed balls but I always carry Callaway HX Hot balls in the bag also. On the first tee box if the Srixon doesn't land in the fairway I'll switch to the Callaway balls for the rest of the day. Doesn't make any sense but just a ritual of mine.

Shot an 88 (45/43) at Earlywine an Oklahoma City Municipal course today. Started off bitter cold but warmed up to the point where it was rather nice.

I bought the Titleist lightweight 6 way a few months back. I also checked out the Titleist 14 way and premium stand bags. I found the 14 too big and cumbersome for a carry bag. Like all Titleist bags though it seemed very well constructed and a beauty to look at. I also like the little 4 way pad on the lightweight's strap that sit on your back. Probably didn't help much but thought I'd add my 2 cents.

I was in the market for a new putter about 4 months ago. Went and tried SC out first. While it definately felt good I then picked up the Odyssey White Hot. The Odyssey felt different but not in a bad way what so ever. Anyways I went with the $120 White Hot. Maybe one day I'll give in to the legend of the SC but I'm not prepared to drop that much $$$ yet.

Shot a 87 (45/42) today at Jimmy Austin in Norman, Ok. I almost always hit the back nine better for some reason. Beautiful weather in Oklahoma right now. Sunny and mid to low 80's.
