One thing I know for sure is that I play better golf when I'm comfortable, and I'm more comfortable while playing in shorts on warmer days. Now this makes me wonder if the PGA players were dressed more comfortable if their game might show improvements like mine does.
The following comment comes from a different golf forum from someones experience with the Nike Hyperflights
I have never been one to actually stick with the same ball, I only use what i find in my bag, and those are balls i find on the course. So yesterday pulled a Hyperflight out, and for the 8 holes it sadly lasted, i shot 4 under, got 2 eagles, 1 birdie, 4 pars, and a bogey. I am usually a very inconsistant driver, and shoot a little better than bogey golf, so this was a huge step forward! But i found these to got as straight as I have ever hit, and they would stop on a dime on the green! at only $25 a doz. maybe my new gamer.
anyone else like these? They feel like you are hitting a cotton ball, sooooo soft and wow they FLY!!! I have tried every ball, these feel the softest while actually keeping or adding distance!!
I experienced a bad case if the yips.I also bought a belly putter (which also nobody wanted, cheap but great quality). I experienced a bit with the belly (I got one to lean on, mwahahaha), but I didn't like it.
I switched to a claw grip before, which took my right hand away. I seem to have some sort of twitch in my right hand which immediately rises when I put the 'normal way'/conventional grip. Now I grip my putter in a Kuchar way combined with a claw grip. It helped me a lot. 3-4 feet put are now gimme's. Before, it was like table tennis with myself.
Ive recently gone from a belly to a 34" putter. Really liked the the belly putter but struggled with distance control. after practicing with the short putter i seem to have more control. Will be keeping the belly though for when i get a older or the back starts to protest!
