I've been Playing Golf for: 20 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 15 (shoot low 80s-high 90s)
My typical ball flight is: straight irons, balloon slice or straight pull driver
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: drives into the woods, topped drives

i used to crush my driver with a low slight draw, Hitting it like 280-290. I had hip surgery last winter for impingement and torn labrum. Not sure how this has impacted my swing, but i feel good physically. I’m striping my irons on target pretty consistently, but my driver has been a major struggle. I seem to hit low on the face and on the heel. Have recently tried strengthening my grip with inconsistent results, but overall positive. However even on a drive that flew nicely with a slight fade in the fairway, it only went about 245.

started focusing on feeling a squat at the transition, keeping my butt back, and my head behind the ball. Been hitting driver much more on target and on the sweet spot, much less low heel shots. Still lacking some of my old power.
