It's my understanding that you are legally liable BUT, frankly, I believe if you buy a house in "slicers alley" you should expect to get pelted. I live next to a tee box and it's the ONLY place I would live on a golf course. You KNOW what the game entails and you know that duffers abound. Yeah, they say the golfer is at fault but I don't buy it unless he's being just stupid and aiming at houses trying to hurt someone
