I think I’m about the same, I’ve haven’t been practicing a lot but when I play everyday I really see improvements. Taking breaks is actually good? or am I doing something wrong. -
Day 470 - 2026-01-13 Was going to set up GEARS Hybrid but… had a lesson or two move and got a lot of Skillest lessons later in the morning/afternoon. Then Tomlin quit, so… I just stayed after lessons to get some practice in that way. -
Day 153 1-13 Felt mucg more comfortable with the arching wrist in downswing. Still working on reconnecting arm as well. Hit a few foam balls and recorded swings. Paused swings and plenty of rehearsals. -

Day 24 - 2026-01-13 Solid 45 minutes of range work. Mostly good, finding I'm hitting a lot of balls to right field but I'm OK with that right now.
