Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight. -

I'm halfway thru 11.22.63 and I'm really loving it. It's only eight episodes. It came out in 2016, but has found new life since Netflix got it recently. I hesitate to say it's good, but I'm really enjoying it. I hope it ends well. I'm nine episodes into Death Note, and that's been great too, also on Netflix. It's free on YouTube. I feel like that's been a legitimate good story so far. Not sure how long YouTube leaves it up, but here's the series (37 episodes of like 20 minutes each). -
