With a 10-14 handicap, would I get bent over by musclebacks? Should I stick with a cavity back iron?

In my Grom Stand Bag:

For the 9-7 irons..hey why the hell not? Ive seen very few people use MB mid and long irons..even amoung the touring pros when I try to check out the sticks they are using. Tiger uses a full MB set i think..but thats him..

I'm going to demo a set and hopefully a set that I will want to buy, it's for a golf weekend we play for skins. I just dont want to have a really bad time...obviously I'd bring my current irons as well.

Im sure you'll be ok. There is an adjustment with the redused offset and sole width if you're currently playing game improvement irons, but you can pick the new feel with a couple of range sessions if your swing is solid.

It depends on how much work you're going to put into the musclebacks. Judging by your handicap, it's pretty obvious that you work hard. I'm sure that with some practice you will be fine.
