Anyone playing rifle shafts the 695's? I was considering just getting a new set after the season but I might consider re-shafting also. What do the clubs feel like with the rifle shafts? Any ball flight differences?

I have rifle shafts in my 735's and my 690.MB's before them, I get a little higher ball flight with the rifle's over dynamic golds. I prefer the way rifles feel to dynamic golds too, much more consistent at impact.

I just ordered a set of the project X's though because they give me the great feel and consistency and a little lower ball flight.

Driver: 910D3 - Oban Kiyoshi 75 X / 909D3 - Oban Devotion 7 X
3 Wood: R9 TP - Oban Devotion 8 05
Hybrid: 909H - Project X Graphite
Irons: 4-6 AP2 - Project X 6.5 / 7-W MB - Project X 6.5
Wedges: Scratch 1018 52/56/60 KBS Tour XPutter: SC Button Back Newport 34" / SC Del Mar 34" / SC SS Newport...

Cool. I feel I have to really lag and whip around my axis with the mid and long irons i use now to get a decent trajectory. If I dont the ball flies flat as hell with no authority behind it. How much did the re-shating run you?

Sorry, I should have been more clear....I just ordered a set of AP2's with the project X in them.

Project X's are pricey and are like $230ish per set + install.
Regular rifles are like $140/set.
