I'm at work and bored so I'm looking through the golf digest hot lists and i see a lot of adams clubs on there. Now I've always known adams was a solid brand of club but i saw beginner clubs and the more i look the more top rated adams gear i see on golfsmith and other websites. The pricing seems very very affordable too. Are adams clubs as good as they seem becuase for the price i'd love to pick up some adams woods and hybrids.

I picked up the Pro Idea hybrid used for 70 bucks and its one of the most clutch clubs in my bag...

can't speak of any of their other products but their players hybrid, the pro idea, is great. they came out with a newer version this season but I believe is around 225 so its not the greatest value out there

The adams insight XTD A3 fairway woods are top rated on golf digest 2008 and are only $170(when compared to other prices for top caliber clubs is quite cheap). I'm thinking of trying it out sometime.

I have been using the same Adams Tight Lies 3 and 5 woods for 6 years now and absolutely love them to this day. I also use their 430Q Driver and its also a fantastic piece of equipment. I chose it over the R7 at the time due to the same distance and much cheaper price.

I still think for bang for the buck, they make the best out there. They are the originators of the hybrid and seem ahead of the curve many times.

There alright, couldn't say im a big fan.

I have the Adams A2 16 degree hybrid. I love it. It has no offset and sets up really nice. I paid $60 for it brand new. It was 179 or 199 back in 2006.

Out of curiousity, which clubs have you tried, and what did you not like about them? You are one of the 1st I have heard that did not like them, so I am curious.

I'm new to the game and ended up getting the Adams Tight Lies complete set. I wanted to get the best value for my dollars. So far I am really happy with them.
