Do you have any debt?

Minus the mortgage and cars...nothing.

Um, I am really not trying to be a d*ck here, but minus the house and cars? I mean debt is debt isn't it?

Other than the mortgages on the properties we own, the cars, the line of credit, the credit cards, the time share, my wife's monthly tanning bill and the gym membership, I have absolutely no debt at all I am just giving you a hard time really

I have plenty of debt mostly b/c my wife doesn't work and we have four kids (child support for two). Until she goes back to work I have to carry debt. Also I have two rental properties that are a risk/reward situation for me. If all goes well, those houses are my retirement plan.
