since 8 months I play with the titleist AP2 with the precision rifle shafts.
I always felt good with these irons, but since 1 month I feel very tired after the practice with the irons. My father (my actual coach is away some weeks) tell me that i feel tired because I need to build up my body. But I think that is due to these new irons.
Should I refit my irons? I say yes, my dad say no.

I don't think you need to be refit. you're a 2 HC. If you're hitting the irons well, just start out by doing simple exercises at home that help build your golf muscles. Stretching works too so you're not fatigued and your muscles are elongated so they're capable of the torque that you're putting into them with a heavier club. I went from swinging graphite x-16's to mp-60's with the rifle shafts and they're MUCH heavier....but with the right work out regiment, I can't swing anything in graphite other than my woods

You are right, I played rifle shafts 5.5 in my mp30s and when I bought my mp33 with dynamic golf r300 shaft, I immediately notice a big difference in weight. the booklet from Mizuno has the shaft specifications and heres what I found out

the rifle shaft 5.5 frequency weights 110-133grams

the dynamic golf r300 weights 127grams. there was a possible 6 grams of weight difference.

I would bring one of your clubs in the golf store and swing the dynamic golf comparable flex and see the difference for yourself.

    • Day 33 (13 Dec 25) - Worked on weight shift and resetting the left heel during downswing (after listening to a discussion on Golf School this morning on PGA Tour Radio).  It centered on how Jack Nicklaus lifted his lead heel and how long driver champs do as well.  Taking cues from that discussion, worked an exaggerated feel of the left heel working doing some swing drill in the backyard using the 7i.  Wrapped up the session by hitting a few low bump and run shots in the backyard - keeping the process slow and exaggerated.
    • Day 123 12-13 Rotation and getting to lead side work. Recorded face on. Hit a few foam balls but did plenty of rehearsals today.

    • It may not have been block practice, though, is one of the main points here. You may have been serving and from the same place, but you were likely trying to do slightly different things. It seems that would only be blocked practice if you were trying to hit the same exact ball hit to you to the same exact place in the far court. I'm not sure that's as random as if the ball that you're given to hit is at different places, too, but again…
