Which bounce angle is best for the wedges.

I am totally revamping my clubs...irons, wedges, putter ( I got a new driver last season). I think I will get a new bag too, just for fun. Anyway, I have my irons and putter and wedges picked out. The last decision I have is which bounce angle is best for my wedges. I want them as versatile as possible. I want to be able to open and close the face for maximum shot selection and I dont want to sacrifice the best angle I need for a straight up shot. I may be over analyzing this but, from what I have read....over analyzing is a hobby here. Its one of mine as well, as you can see. I have decided on Vokey Spin Milled wedges, but your input on the bounce angle will be greatly appreciated. (I am playing at about a 12 right now)

Alot of factors come into play. What kind of lie you are playing from. Wet or damp grass. What wedges are being purchased etc...
