He can still 3 putt for par on par 4s, and 3 putt on some par 5s even for birdie! That's nuts. I would hope he would be a +2, he's on most likely every par 4 or at least around it.

I can speak from experience that it's not easy hitting it straight if you hit it that far. If you make the slightest mistake you are OB. The fairway looks like it's about 10 yards wide if you hit it that far.

It's nice to have a PW into the green though when others have a 6 iron into the green.

Golf is a game in which the ball always lies poorly and the player always lies well.
