I have a Scotty Cameron Cornado Two Putter. I am not sure which make it is but the bottom of the putter says Scotty Cameron and under it the art of putting. The putter was the rusted finish and recently it seems that it has gotten worse. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix such a problem? I have thought about using some sort of rust remover to bring the putter back to its original finish, would that damage the putter? Any help and/or advice is appreciated.

Yeah but the base price for refinishing is like $200

If you look on the review section of this site it has a review on a putter refininshing company that charges like $60 for you basic pro platnum of black oxide finish and like a 100$ for the gold plated finish .

Try an old toothbrush and some vinegar. Scrub the rust off as much as possible, rinse it well (for a couple of minutes) and dry it immediately&completely; with a hair dryer, you cannot get it dry enough by hand. The spots where the rust comes off will hold water - use hair dryer!
