Day 33: a couple of sessions of mirror work today. Working on the same things: weight forward earlier and twist and roll. -
Day 53 (01 May 26) - Got in a few reps w/8i and hitting 50-60 yd pitches. Kept swing abbreviated and focused on getting hips cleared for squared impact by exaggerating the rotation movements in pre-shot. -
Day 252 5-1 Getting chest with speed through downswing and arching wrist. Tonight I could see i wasn't flipping nearly as bad. Hit foam balls and recorded. -
Wow ABCF is just straight up weird, especially the AB and the CF parts.. ..and who the f is 'Aash-kay'? -
Day 577 - 2026-05-01 Work from home day, so, a lot of mirror work on breaks. Back of the club thrown down to the ground.
