Need a driver that behaves like my Titleist 904F 3-wood

I've never had a 3-wood that I liked, but this 3-wood is starting to make me a believer. I can't NOT hit this thing straight. Toe hits come back, heel hits come back, center hits are pure bliss...

So my first question is, are there any Titleist drivers that "correspond," so to speak, with this 3-wood, i.e. have similar playing characteristics?

Second, does anyone have this kind of experience with any other brand of driver?



I've been looking at getting a new Driver, I just haven't been able to decide on one.

The 909D2 would be the most similar in terms of having both forgiveness and workability.
Callaway FT-5 tour is a good choice if you want something that does the same but costs less.

What made you choose the D3 over the D2? Is their really a big difference between the two for the "better" player?

As far as first impressions go, I think I prefer the D3 purely for it's aesthetics. I'm going from a 312cc driver, so the D2 looks like a balloon on a stick to me. The deeper face appeals to me as well since I've always been a very high ball hitter. Just curious as to what the deciding factor was for you. Coincidentally, I hit the FT-5 today and was marginally pleased with it. I wonder what the big improvement was with the FT-9?
