Callaway X-22 grips are orange?

I finally got to see these at Golfsmith yesterday and was floored by the obnoxious bright-orange grips. They had two sets on display with the same orange grips. I have been looking to pick up a set and seen some pictures on ebay that don't have an orange grips. Is that an exclusive Golfsmith thing? Are there any x-22 owners here? If so, does your set have orange grips?

I'm typically not the kind of person that cares about how things look. I prefer to focus on the function but I think these grips would actually distract me.

Thoughts?

One of my friends ordered a set of X-22 irons from Edwin Watts, they came in with the original Callaway black grips, nothing orange at all.

I got my 22's new from Roger Dunns and they came witht he stock grips!

I like bright colored grips. My wedges are yellow, my putter a candy cane red, my woods are bright blue.

My irons so far are stock Callaway black. That will change.

Not sure what's going on at Golfsmith.

Golfsmith is a Texas based company, they love their burnt orange in Texas!!!

Unfortunately, they are orange because they are a DEMO set. I like the orange/black grips and if they were available, I would love to order a set to put on the X-22 iron set I just ordered

No, all X-22's come with stock black Callaway grips
